Multi-brand HEALTHY RIPS FURY

Thank you guys/gals for your responses on comparing the FURY to the Crafty! Looks like my FURY 2 will be arriving after the weekend so I will post my thoughts on it around the middle of next week.

The main reason why I felt comfortable purchasing the FURY 2 was because of team Healthy Rips and their presence here on FC forum.

When my FURY 2 arrives, should I take the time to clean all the parts with ISO or is a standard burn off enough before first use?

People around here swear by burn offs... I just don't think it's a big deal and I did not do that. I did plug it in and get it charged up asap. Haha

I did a couple burn offs with mouthpiece off after charging, maybe more, and I did do an light iso swabbing of the chamber, and soaked the silicone from the mouthpiece as best I could before first use. All personal preference really

Are these available from anywhere in the UK or EU yet? V interested in this little guy. Or is there plans to give to retailers in the UK like vapefiend?
Being so small is it powered by a 18650? Or smaller? Shame not replaceable battery's.

Will be following this v closely

I think it's only available directly from @HealthyRips.com

They only sell directly from their website, no plans to have a distributor over here.
If you don't want to order from the US you can always get one of the rebrands, personally I'm waiting to see if there is some good promotion for the incoming black friday to decide what to do.

IIRC The shipping is $10 US and $15 International. No reason not to deal direct.

I’ve had mine for a while now & put it through it’s paces. It was a nicely presented package with no noticeable silicone smell on opening which I was kind of expecting from reading here & the burn offs seemed clean.

A light pack is recommended & this has given me the best results so far using a fine grind with a slow draw. No tamping for this one.
It has quite a small bowl so with a light pack it’s turning out to be super efficient & the wpa has possibly the smallest bowl out of any vape I’ve used.

The battery life seems okay for the size & it does vape evenly as others have noted, with no charring whatsoever even using unground material.

I like my convection vapes & this one gives a reasonable amount of vapor considering how much you can squeeze in there. Personally I’d like it to pump out a bit more, for me it’s no cloud machine but it is tiny fast & super efficient.

posting here too but sent you a personal thanks @HealthyRips.com ... this little thing Rocks!
OMG Dude! this vape is on a new level! I've been micro dosing with that little glass wpa and that thing is the best thing I've seen for a vape... the size and everything, I'm just thinking now how I can sit there and hold it and vape LOL... this type vape would work great too in a larger model? I'm sure you are coming up with something as I type... please keep me in mind if there are any recommendations or tests I could perform lol... thanks man for helping come up with a great little vape... that wpa is total genius... you can hear the air flow when hitting this thing from across the room... no resistance at all

Volute of Vapor
Yesterday I tied for the first time the concentrate attachment provided (small glass/quartz container with silicone cap) with a small dab of a very tasty shatter. I pre heated the unit at 420°F and inserted the container and put the mp on.... and I was very disappointed by both the taste&the clouds, after 3 cycles (2nd and third at 430°F) there was still some unvaped oil. My unit is a Fury1, is the Fury2 is working better with the provided glass container?
It was working very well with concentrates and cotton.
Still in love with the smooth vapor the Fury produces!

OK. I'm sure this would have already come up before if it was possible. . but does anyone know if a vapcap will fit into the Fury chamber, to be used like/instead of the WPA??

I just now read this and thought NO WAY!

Nevertheless I tried it with the cap on the VC which I then inserted to the Fury2 --- couldn't get it to produce vapor even at 410 degrees. So then I took the cap off and inserted at 410 degrees and BLAM!

Great idea, bruddah!

How does the Fury 2 compare with Vivant Alternate? Isn't the heating system similar/same? I am quite satisfied with my Alternate, but have been eyeing the Fury 2 as a super-portable tiny device.

I realize this may be a long shot since both vapes are pretty new, but...

Can anyone compare the HR Fury 2 with the x-max fog?

I can only give you a EU citizens perspective on the availability and pricing of both models:
EU based Distributor and/or Warranty handling
Fury 2 - None (USA based only, international cover with admirable warranty policy)
Xvape Fog - Vaposhop

Price
Fury 2 - €139 shipped, but liable to charges of about 30% in my zone, plus likely opening/inspection by authorities and delayed.
Xvape Fog - €116.10 shipped (after @VapoShop FC 10%off), tiny chance of random customs inspection, or probably none?

Availability
Fury 2: in stock (USA)
Xvape Fog: in stock (EU, Holland)

Initial verdict of Fog Vs Fury(1) from an EU reviewer
PPN said:
Yes it's pure convection, more convection than the Fury(1) but you'll get vapor faster than a Swift/CFV...imo
If you pack it tight or don't grind you'll need to stir but I never stir using a loose pack.

Flavor is very good, it's always difficult to compare but I find the flavor superior to the Fury (for me the main quality of the HR's vape is the smoothness and stealthiness )

Vapor is smooth, not like the Fury's vapor but definitely smoother than the Grasshopper.

Note: I don't know why Vaposhop lists the rebranded 'Xvape' Fog, instead of the 'Xmax' Fog, or if it even matters at all.
Hope this helps
