yeh its probs a good idea to pay, mine was free but it will be out of warranty in a month or 2, yours is $80 and presumably will be warranty-able for another 2 years, not a bad deal at all im just too tight to pay when i dont need to lol

Anyone else's Mighty falling apart? The casing for it is breaking off and I keep having to push it back in. Once it comes off the oven is fully exposed. Not sure what to do

If you are still within warranty period, they will replace the housing or the whole unit, just start a claim on the website. The turnaround is pretty quick.

vapviking , contact S and B on the site for an RMA.

I bought when they first came out a few years ago and my unit was early with the housing issue, it broke apart chunk by chunk, I received a brand new unit right near the end of my 2 year warranty period.

I got it as a gift and dont have proof of purchase. How much do you think they charge to fix ? Ill probably get the batteries replaced at the same time since im down to 3 bowls per battery now

So, been on the case of the Mighty as soon as I heard about it a few years back but was happy with my Solo until it died on me.

Anyways, fast forward to today. I'm sitting there sipping on a Crafty wrapping up my dad's new Mighty for his xxth birthday gift. Given I already took him to David Gilmore for Fathers day I'd say the old fart is getting spoiled in his golden years.

He's been eyeing my Crafty for the past month, always asking me to pack it and let him use it instead of his Solo. So, I'm odds on that when he cracks open that gift box he'll lose his remaining marbles. I got an amazing deal on Puffitup, so the geezer is kitted out with a new grinder, a stand, and some of Randys random freebie candy.

I've even left the wrapped gift in his living room two weeks before his birthday and dropped hints he is getting a new vaporizer.

I don't think even S&B will predict the charges until they have the unit in house and evaluate it.
If you think it is less than two years old, then there's still a good chance the warranty will be honored given that S&B knows (by serial number) when they manufactured it.
It's worth a try starting a request (via the website, since you'll rarely speak to a human on phone there). Lay out your story an see what they say.
My years in business taught me, "Hey, it doesn't hurt to ask!"

When you start a warranty you get this as part of the reply

"your repair request has been approved.

Please send us:
- Your malfunctioning device without Cooling Units and other accessories
- Your printed Packing Slip
- A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase
(if you do not have this information, please let us know when and where you bought it.) "

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how you use you mighty:

—How much did you pack in a capsule?
—What’s the minimal amount you put in?
—How tight you pack it?
—What grind consistency?
—What is your experience with micro-dosing?

Personally, I’m going to test with 0.1 g in one capsule. For micro dosing I use 0.025 in a capsule with the liquid pad (I put the herb on top). For the grind consistency, I don’t like a too fine grind because it doesn't stay in the capsule. When I’m at home, I use the mighty on the charger: it heats up quicker and it saves battery cycle. I'm a happy proprietary of two mighty: one it's brand new from S&B Germany, the second is the very used mighty of a friend, I'd buy it for €100 and send it to rma, they give me a brand new one:rofl:.

surely my situation has already been raised here but I did not find it ...
my mighty is 23 months and the battery does not give me more than 3 sessions (without hurry) my battery clearly lost power but I do not know what to do next:
-accept the loss of the battery and start being tied with the charging cable?
- Is it possible to use the low battery warranty?
-other ideas?

Hey what’s up all?

I just finally got a Mighty today. I’m switching over from the DynaVap OmiVap, and a Pax2.

I must say I was torn between the Mighty, and Crafty. I was afraid the Mighty might be too big as a portable. The pictures make it seem a lot bigger than it is. However it’s not that big, and fits great in my hands.

I already have the glass on glass adapter, I’ll try it tonight with a pinnacle glass water tube I already had. Also bought bought the service kit, the delta3d studios stand, and glasss on glass fittings/medical grade tubing to connect the my Mobious dhgate bubbler. Also just ordered a pelican case to house the unit and accessories.

This thing is pretty rad so far, will try tonight with the glass adapter and pinnacle water tube, can’t wait though till my adapters and tubing come to connect to my bubbler.

My question though, what’s the best temps to use? I been playing around from 360f to ending by 380f.

Here’s a pic of the vape. My puppy approves.

it depends on how much you care about flavor. I like to start at ~ 320ºf, take 2-3 hits, then up the temp by 5-10º, repeat, etc. - up to ~375º. at the low end you'll get pure flavor and extremely cool vapor - but (usually) very little in the way of clouds. at you go up, the clouds increase as the flavor deteriorates. my preference is to stay at each temp. until the vapor production goes way down; this (probably?) means you've vaped everything (e.g. terpenes) that vaporizes at that temp. then I go up and do the same.

different strains will behave differently (some produce clouds at low temps; others need to go higher than usual to get clouds), but 0.1 g usually gets me ~12 vapes, so if I get 2-3 vapes at each temp, that translates into 4-6 temperature steps.

this might sound complicated, but in practice it's easy - the mighty has practically no learning curve.

Love the pup. Puppies are so much work though. I learned that the hard way. Mine is “sleeping” in her crate whimpering now that she hears me in the living room lol.

I think that, like the rest of us, you'll find your own sweet spot for temperatures, and that it will likely even vary depending on product you put in it and the things (like water tools) you put in the vapor path.

For me (and wife), if native use, we'll tend to be in 380 to 388 range, usually a bit harsh at 390 or above. With water tool definitely higher, on up to 410.
Occasionally, like after a good cleaning of everything or if on the road, we'll linger lower and enjoy some flavor and lighter effects, but mostly we're too impatient and gluttonous!
Enjoy your new friend! Great choice over the Crafty, btw.

Came to read about grinders; fucked combustion
Vapcap
  • fast and no BS
  • easier to load/unload
  • probably tastes better
  • nearly DIY (fun!)
  • can combust if not careful
  • requires two hands (usually)
  • inexpensive...
Mighty
  • slow
  • relaxing
  • easy
  • tastes great
  • big cloud machine (seriously)
  • anti-DIY
  • never combusts
  • one-handed
  • stealthy (as proven below)...
Both are great. Both are at the top of my list of vapes I'd recommend.

Vapcap:

Mighty:
