Multi-brand HEALTHY RIPS FURY

(not like burnt herb) then I would file an warranty claim since the electronics are separated if not defective

Problem is this is my first vape, so I don't really know what it's supposed to taste like..

If you have been using it, then it sounds like the normal situation I described and experience. There's bad taste, then there's toxic taste, Fury2 is fairly pure and even more so as you break in and/or clean the already well-cured silicone parts. There could be a hot metal taste, but nothing that should offgas continuously

I definitely haven't tasted any hot metal, but the same strain of herb has tasted different on different sessions. Could just be the way my taste buds were firing at the time though.

Could be temps used? Old herbs over cooking could affect taste too, but the chamber can be cleaned as well... It can be hard to test these things scientifically, I know

I pretty much set it for 390 on all sessions, then raise it up to 420 at the very end. But yeah, tough to test this stuff!

I've done two 430 dry burns since my original post and didn't see anything coming out of the chamber, so hopefully it IS just herb particles dropping through chamber screen.

@Moriarty3, You are experiencing exactly what the members here are saying. Very tiny herb particles from your previous session will burn off and could be visible if you turn your vaporizer on while it is empty. This will not damage the vaporizer - but If it bothers you - you can put a screen in the bottom of the chamber to keep the tiny particles from falling through. We assure you that it is impossible for the electronics to enter the air path - the air path is a completely isolated and sealed stainless steel tube that runs from the bottom of the vaporizer up to the chamber. Health & Safety first!

All the Best!

Thanks for the assurance, guys! Absolutely loving the FURY 2. (except for this minor scare!)

So @HealthyRips.com wouldn’t it be possible for you guys to make a regular glass mouthpiece as I️ described a page back. It would be a great addition and probably a selling point for me just because too much plastic can be off putting for some people. Has anyone taken the fury 2 completely apart?

Just ordered the Fury 2 since all I’m seeing is good reviews and the quick heat up time is a selling point in itself. Hoping this thing can compete with my Air and Vapcap. Seriously hope a glass mouthpiece can be done because that would be an automatic purchase for me.

Wpa can most def be used as a glass mp. Works/tastes great as well

Yea but it would be much better if they can make just cut the top off the WPA and put a housing around it to make it like a standard glass mp. Because tbh the WPA looks not only silly using it native but also one drop and it will 100% be broken.

Doesn't bother me using it like that. also have dropped my wpa on to a tile counter twice and it's still in tact. I'm sure a higher fall it would break this.

Hi, The current mouthpiece does not have any plastic in the vapor path. The mouthpiece casing may be plastic but the inside of the mouthpiece is glass - not plastic. No vapor touches plastic :)

I suppose that disk shaped polysiloxane material is technically in the rubber family, but that's splitting hairs. Synthetic hair.

It sure is accumulating condensate and herb bits as it fully receives all of the hot vapor head on, while redirecting it out through the smaller mouthpiece exit.

To help keep the bits out do this put a ss screen under the one it comes with...

I would agree I don't think there is any glass in this MP.

How does the Fury 2 compare to the Arizer Air or Grasshopper?

How cool is the vapor? Can I crank the heat and rip it without having to using a water tool?

I can kill a hopper bowl in about 5 draws, how fast can you kill a bowl with the Fury 2?

Thanks in advanced! My VAS is acting up again and this vape looks really promising!

Edit: also any Black Friday deals coming around the corner?

It's a glass cylinder... You can see it thru the window on the mp
Its not glass clean it and see...it is dishwasher safe I found...though I used no detergents just water. But tap on that cylinder with a metal dab tool it ain't glass....though I could be wrong.

Gosh, do you guys even clean your vapes from time to time? ;)
If I wait I get more cannabinoid extract ...the way it is now if I scraped it for oils I would get next to nothing...its too sticky so you need to wait like months to get a decent amount. All other parts are regularly cleaned however.

Welcome @ChiefLoudFlower ! I can give you a Fury2/gh comparison.

The Fury2 vapor is definitely cooler than the gh. I'm not a water guy, so I can't help you there. The gh wins with heat up time, but the Fury2 is definitely fast. Oven size is very similar.

Both are really nice to hold, but are completely different.

The main difference between the 2 is that the Fury2 is a hybrid (convection / conduction), and the gh is pure convection.

I think these vapes compliment each other, and you should definitely add the Fury2 to your collection.

I don't want to break it. But check out @paytonpenn vid. He takes the mp apart... If it's not glass it fooled me . Deff seems to be glass. However you have a rebrand so maybe yours is not? @HealthyRips.com the clear cylinder is glass correct?

@ChiefLoudFlower welcome!!!

Thanks! Another question, would you say you could finish a bowl in the same amount of time? Minus the initial heat up for the fury 2?

Similar number of pulls per load.

But with the gh I use it one-and-done. I haven't checked the Fury2 between pulls to see how much baking continues (too much hassle to keep dumping it out to check, for the sake of science). I don't think it's quite as efficient as the gh. But I think it's close.

Now if it was a race to the finish line, I think it would be close.
