Glass of my stand broke! Have cleaned the glass part of my HerbTi stand. Therefore I've disassembled it pretty easy. After cleaning i wanted to assemble it. Lubricated the o-rings and tried to push the glass part back over the stem of the stainless base. Really tight! Had to push it with a litte force but being carefully not to break the glass. Somtime it flushed over the last o-ring and immediately chrashed with the steel before I could stop my forceed pushed - glass is breakable!

Just to inform you to be careful. Better don't disassemble this thing (Why did I do that??)

What size is it compared to the old one which is 29.2mm? I had one look at the new one and i honestly am not impressed with O-Rings at all on a stand. But im guessing its the sheer weight that required a metal base?

Also not impressed with the small gauze on the microdose bowl either i thought a glass gauze was coming? But you know it is perfectly shaped for a small glass mine gauze? Anyone know the sea mine gauzes i am talking about?

Easy geezer! Where did you see the microdose bowl with a non glass gauze? Do you mean it has now been released? It isnt on Seb's site!

The stand really mimics the design of the titanium injector part.
When you leave the injector on the stand it actually is a really nice piece of design.
It kinda mirrors itself, two O rings at the top, and two at the bottom, i think it looks great.

As far as i know there isn't any metal screen in the micro dosing bowl, it's all glass.
I asked Sebastien if he could make a large one with the same design, but he said it wasn't possible.

Ok boys i know what happened it looked like a tiny screen the same used in the Crafty/Mighty but now i see it when you say it is glass yes its the same kind of RooR gauze plug kind of gauze into a narrowing bowl. Exactly what i asked for maybe two years ago so damm that is sexy to have all glass with such power now.

Carlos the only reason i disliked the stand is because Hogni broke his and i clean mine once a week or every two weeks because i have OCD and the whole vape gets a wipe down and quick dissasembly if needed. The glass stands are wipeable with an iso cotton wipe.

Its a quicker job than a metal stand and still looks great. All glass is still neutral in design so what would i do here lads if i wanted an all glass stand whats the advice you would give? Would i need a heavy one?

Personally I was perfectly happy using a cute little green bubbler I got from DHgate but never liked as a water tool.
Maybe you have something around like that that you never use?

Any stand will work, the balance of the injector and bowl are good.
I used a cheap DHGate one for a while. I just like the design of the whole Ti package.
I'm not sure how Hogni broke his, but i put mine on with a twist and never felt like i was going to brake it.
Just be careful. (saying that i broke an injector a couple months ago, it happens!)

Also, a stand isn't really necesary, as alexis said, you can just leave it on the bowl, or on another piece.

Yep, it looks awesome. Dont want zo miss it for long. Before I had a normal glass stand that was too light. The injector with cable has a high point of gravity to the side. Therefore my glass stand felt to side and the glass of my injector chipped.

You should send an email to sebastien, im sure he would sell you the glass part on it's own, and tht should be pretty cheap compared tu buying the full stand.

This thread could really use some more eye candy milk videos!! With the rollout out of the FP at Vapefiend for Europe, it's going to put some serious competition out there for Sebastien. That digital Herbo Ti can't come quick enough! Might wait until next year for that unless I can score another deal on a sale at LCV. After trying the FP, I can't stop thinking about this and the GS.

Definitely worth asking. I was given a few bonus items with my Herborizer, including a spare glass piece for the stand.

Did you noticed a difference using the 14mm bowl and the 18mm bowls?
I broke the 14mm I was using and it seems the wider hole of the 18mm is making a big difference for me, more airy hits, less dense using the same setting (5). For my next order of replacement parts I'll choose the 14mm bowl, the thinner airpath provides me smoother hits and faster extraction.
I broke my favorite water pipe too (tree perc, 30-35cm high), I got exactly the same one but with a bigger can, so big it is difficult to handle all this vapor volume for my lungs! So I use the atomic perc bubbler I get too and even if it's nice in term of shape and stability, it's not the best in term of vapor cooling and taste.

Maybe but this was never an issue for me since you can swap screens easily.

I do so too. Regarding extraction a long heatsoak is important IMO when using the Herb Ti at lower temps. I'm mostly driving my "Dampfmaschine" (steam engine) at 5, the last hits at 5.5-6.0. Hash at 5.5-6.6. It's working best for me at these temps.

Does anybody know any news about the new microdose bowl?
Asked for it at "Verdampftnochmal" but they've never heard about.

Same about the glass part oft the Herb Ti stand (which I damaged cause of the very - too much? - tight fitting to the SS base). They didnt know anything about replacement parts for it and wanted Sebastien to ask for.
No reply to my inquiry 2 w ago.

BTW sad story, I must confess that my Dampfmaschine has got a serious rival this weekend - the NV Showerhead.

Suprisingly small, but not so small and handy as the Herb Ti, but - with a really notable better performance in all relations. Still testing but I believe the Sh will be the winner. Smoother, more tasty, more even extraction.

Nevertheless I would never give away my Herb Ti. It's more handy and it's clear nice design makes it the most attractive desk top vape overall with an awesome performance IMO. And cause of that it will get my exclusive desk top vape for my bedside table

Sure Hogni, let us not talk down on the Herborizer Ti just because the Flowerpot has come along! If I had the Ti as my main vape, which could evnd up being the case for all we know- I would be very hqppy with it. If the Flowerpot is more aggravatijg than the Ti this may follow! I will use the Ti again and test them that way, when I have explored the variables more.

Last time I did use it at Dave's, we kept to setting 5, got good clouds, vaped bowls quite quick,,abv was pretty dark but taste was good, and very smooth. And importantly, Im sure I was a lot more comfortable than when I owned the vape myself before selling it to Dave.

So who knows one day? One day at a time, but no question- the Ti is an outstanding vaporizer! You don't NEED something bettter. But there are lots of options to explore these days.

I hope Sebastien gets back to you soon about the glass part. And that he is going to bring microdose bowl to market..and then Digi-Ti? I think those 2 additions will spice it up somewhat!

It' always difficult to say.... but my answer is: you know, we are vaporizer addicts and we want to be able to test and use more vaporizers, so, sometime, we need to let one (or more) to go, to expect to be able to test a new one! But you know that, I think.
And yes, the Herbo Ti and my Volute shared the same purpose (heavy hitters through water) and since the Volute is slightly smoother (I'm bored to cough while vaping) I prefered to keep it.

Although the Ti is a superb design and looks great and can pull out the bigger clouds available in my arsenal!

I have to TOTALLY agree with you joaon.

For example my lost coast skunk (INDICA autoflower from humboldt seeds org) doesnt make me cough AT ALL, BUT if i use my blue dream (SATIVA from humboldt seeds - feminized - growth OUTDOOR) sometimes i cough hard if i make a massive breath. Maybe is the THC %. The blue dream is dangerous with 0.1 i get REALLY REALLY stoned. on the HSO catalog is 25% thc if im not wrong.. A MONSTER
