No way I can read 800+ pages... anyone have a way to use less material in the "M"? I haven't bought one yet and affordability is a concern for the time being. I prefer to microdose and the bowl on the "M" seems a bit big if I want to use .1 or less. How much dried material typically fits in the M?.
A whole bowl is roughly 0.06grams but the easiest way to use less material with the M is just to half pack the bowl. I get 18-20 full bowls per gram with my M.

Funny how I've saved a shitload of pennies since I got my first
OG--now I have a precious hoard of VapCaps....

Microdosing, to get more :bigleaf::spliff:

Don't get me wrong, but minimalist VapCap is a David
compared to the Goliath Mighty. :cheers:

I actually don't understand why they even get compared. The Mighty and the VapCap are two completely different products for different applications and different demands. Okay, both are meant to vaporize Cannabis, but this is the only commonness that I see.

I want to see a concentrate specific Ti tip with a titanium cup for our precious goo.
Can't believe that Dynavap is missing the boat on a concentrate specific tip or pad.

Maybe it was due to the glass tip versus metal, but I never was able to really get flavor + clouds like my wax atomizers, it was always one or the other.
Go a bit past the click when using concentrates.

You might as well attach the Ti cups/nails already existing to a short stem. The issue is with thermal mass. A Vapcap tip will only hold so much thermal energy and the amount of concentrate that can be completely vapourized is small. What also needs to be considered is that the material being vapourized is in the tip while it is heated.

I’ve used my Vapcap with only concentrates for months at a time and metal mesh + several screens works best. It increases the thermal mass and surface area. I use very small pieces of concentrate to avoid it pulling through the cap when I hit it.

The comparison is the amount of herb, not the size of the devices.:hmm:

:leaf:(VapCap < Mighty) used = $ saved => more VapCaps. :evil:

I've only ever used a glass VC so I just can't relate to the Ti tips performance. Maybe that's what I've been missing the whole time? Keep in mind concentrates on a cup vaporize mostly via conduction, so thermal mass in the cup could help displace thermal mass in the tip/cap regarding the ability to "complete" a dab. One point of interest for a device of this sort is the ability to use concentrates with just a small torch lighter, instead of the larger ones used for heating nails.

I've tried using extracts paired with herb in the VC, but found it a bit challenging as the flower tends to deplete before the wax. I could extract a flower bowl completely in about 2 clicks per bowl in my glass VC through water; I notice some talk about getting 6-10 clicks per bowl on the Ti tipped model which I can't even imagine.

Found my old pic in this thread of my S&B mesh setup!

I cut down a Volcano concentrate pad this morning. Just tested it... seems promising.

My SBM is still in transit but as far as I've gathered the SS and TI tips are completely interchangeable, I may be wrong though.

The concentrate thing is interesting to me as I need CBD in the mix for weed to be enjoyable, I find THC on it's own a very 'cold' feeling and it sets me on edge. As weed with a high CBD content isn't readily available here (I can get it thanks to a mate of mine that grows it for me but) I want something small packed with CBD for when I'm at somebody else's house and the material they have probably has a near zero CBD content.

I'm planning on my M being a CBD wax/crystal dedicated Vapcap for when I'm not vaping/smoking (yeah I still combust occasionally, I feel suitably ashamed :uhoh:) my own stash. The mod with the S&B concentrate pad looks perfect, although I'll probably play with a mix of that and SS wick mesh for an ecig and see what works best.

So I got a probably wrong information stuck in my head that tells me, you can't swap the Tips with all devices. But there is no problem, right? For example I can stwitch the Omni Ti Tip with the M Steel Tip and no damage done? I find the Ti Tip to heat up significantly faster...

As Phattpiggie says SS & Ti - Tips work on all bodies and stems and with both SS & Ti - Condensers.

The Omnivap Condenser is the exception, it is advertised not to function/adjust correctly with the SS-Tips.

The only other incompatibility I am aware of is that SS condensers will not slide through narrow end of the Ti-Tips. This is not an issue in use at all. But something to be aware of if you are planning to remove or adjust the screen in a Ti-tip with a SS-Condenser. . . (using the condenser as a tool like they demonstrate in the dynavap videos using the Ti-Condenser)

How long and how much was shipping?
I’m on the list!

Shipping from Canada to me in Florida was 20 if i remember correctly.

Shipping took exactly a week.

If you meant how long was the wait on the list.... I don't think i can give a proper answer on that... I signed up at the very beginning of the current list... Batch 4 i believe.... Was told could take 5-8 weeks... 2 weeks later i got an email saying it was ready...

So i just assume someone backed out on the last list and i was next in line... Or... MAGIC :science:
