How many draws could one get out of a pinch of hash ?

I typically get three cycles out of each load. With each cycle I get 2-3 tokes. So it goes like this... Heat till the cap clicks. Stop heating and toke until the cap clicks again indicating it is ready to be heated again. Then heat again to the click, then toke to the cooling click and repeat once more.

All in all one load gives me up to 9 tokes. I take short mouthpulled tokes.

Hi there,
I read about this device but never came to realise its potential.
I own a Mighty, Hopper and Solo1.

Want to try microdosing ans want a small reliable unit.
dynavap M should get a try

One thing though.
Is it okay for CBD strain use?
I really want the CBD goodies.

Mighty and solo can handle that.
can the dynavap aswell ?

thanks folks

More than half of my usage is with strains as high as 20:1 CBD ratio. The VapCap is excellent, regardless of the cannabinoid content. I have found that most high CBD flower is over dried and has less pleasant flavour than the great AAAA THC flower available though. Time in a jar with a Boveda (I like 58%) helps the dryness, but there's no curing the taste. I have one strain called Haley's Comet which is 2:1 CBD and has marvelous effect, but tastes like mushrooms.

Has anyone discussed the reason for friction fit over a threaded fit on the vapcap? It just makes more sense but I'm sure the engineering of a friction fit is better? Any thoughts? It just seems like this would be more durable and less maintenance, eliminating o-rings at first thought. #duravap!

unbearably light in the being....
First thought I have is that threads can easily gets jammed up tight: add heat, and The World's Stickiest Goo, and you might as well WELD the thing in place. I believe people would find it to be a poor choice overall.

The o-rings aren't that delicate, after initial fiddling, I only take them apart to clean, and that rarely. There's no reason the press-fit tip should be fragile or problematic for a person of general competence (or am I being ableist?).

That said, I suspect you could hire George to design and craft a one-off for you if you think it'll be all that.

Hi, hope I don't sound unfriendly, it's just late and I don't sleep much anymore.

I've had the same question and then I've asked George from Dynavap about it .
Here his responce " The tips are held in place with the orings in a friction manner. Threads are more complex to assemble and can be crossed and damaged. "

At that time I was not able to comprehend fully his answer.
But by now ,after gaining some experience with filing, grinding, cutting and machining titanium
I can understand fully what he meant back then.
Titanium is maybe one the worst metals for threading ( like aluminium is ,in the same manner).

Two threaded parts made of Titanium ,they will soon lose their ability to be
joined and stay tight together.
Titanium is really prone to galling and threads on titanium won't last long enough,
especially if the other threaded part is also made from Titanium.
If in case of crossing /misaligning the threads ,the two parts are good enough for the garbage then.

More than that, the heat conductance is also an issue of course ,as was well stated from @ClearBlueLou .

Cheers.

Plenty of possibilities!
See my signature, many of them carry quite a variety of Dynavap parts and full kits. I can vouch for each of them, ordered there with good experiences. :)

There is, in addition, https://vapefiend.co.uk, but I have never ordered there, just know them by the Youtube reviews they do. They also offer Dynavap devices.

That's unfortunately right. The limited editions are mostly (if not always) only available on the Dynavap site. But here is the good news: They send the goods as an international letter, not as a parcel. (If you do not order much more than a Vapcap and some smaller parts)

In most countries (like mine), letters pass the customs authorities without big hassle.
Parcels are (at least here) a big, big problem... We have to pick them up personally and most of the time open them in front of an officer. No fun at all if you have a life and reputation to lose in a prohibition country.

I was thinking that you were looking for an EU source for a Nonavong/Omnivong. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

what does a beginner need to pair a Dynavap "the M" with a 14mm bubbler ?

I've been using the M with a DyanVap fat mouthpiece in my 14mm bubbler and it's acceptable. Not ideal but acceptable. Only not ideal because it has to be pressed into the bubbler deep so it's tricky to use the carb hole. Not real bad, just a little fiddly.

A OnmiVong is in my future. It will be awesome!

Sandblasted M, spare Ti CCD's, and spare o-rings got ordered somehow.
I am not sure...maybe a virus in my PC..... :worms:

I use a 1/2" long section of silicone tube (1/2" OD 3/8" ID) which I slide up over the carb hole. This both disables the carb and allows the VC to sit midway in the glass joint. If your glass piece doesn't have a deep 14mm joint, you can use a wider piece of silicone tube to still cover the carb but make the VC sit higher in the joint.

So they do ship as a letter overseas?
That minimizes the customs risk.
Mmmh, gets me thinking.
The sandblast ist really sexy.
I dont like shiny things.
So a matte finish is just right for me.
A sandblast M and a fat mouthpiece comes at 74 dollars.
Would be okay without cuszoms.
Gets too pricey when cuszoms interfer though.

Sad that they cant use paypal.

Dear NG fan, not sure they send it as a letter, but I live overseas also and had no problems with customs. They send a really discreet package and since it’s not mounted it just looks like spare parts of metal.
