Those of you with experience with concentrates, oil in particular, could you please enlighten me as to the use and current prevalence of THIS type of device in your state/country?

TIA!

Are you doing a survey? In California, most/all dispensaries carry at least some brand of it. Lot's of people use them. Especially if one is going out, you can use it and toss it while keeping the battery when finished. I find younger people tend towards the device. But, I always keep a cartridge in the original packaging around just in case I need to sleep and I'm otherwise out.

Thanks for your reply @OldNewbie !

Not doing a survey...I'm just trying to educate myself on this type of device as I live in a state that will become a legal MMJ state in September, 2018 and the rules will allow only for edibles and vaporizing concentrates. However, as they will sell flowers too I have no idea how the authorities will enforce the "no combustion" rule! LOL!

I'm also wondering what direction the cannabis vaporizing market will go over the next few years given the younger generation may prefer concentrates over flowers, for convenience and price of device. As well, senior citizens like yours truly, who are on a fixed income and typically have limited dexterity/strength, may also prefer the the economics of concentrates and it user friendliness. In fact, I think if I were a manufacturer or re-brander of flower vaporizers, I would be taking a hard look at the market demographics in that regard!

So, what do you all think? @Squiby , I would think the VC is fairly well positioned to take on a changing market, YES?

TIA,

FF

There are many levels of the cartridges. There are some that are "cheap" and heavily mixed with...stuff; while there are others that are more expensive and are the price of good concentrates--plus a couple of bucks for the disposable works. Over all, I've found them to not be that good for continued dosing through the day, but excellent for ease of use and the ability to use "on demand". They will always have a niche. Some like "beer" and others like craft brews with lots of hops. But, both can get you to the same place. It just depends on the ride.

JuJu Joints are the most descreet vaporizers on the planet Loaded, charged and ready to enjoy, they are designed specifically for oil and produce low odor.

Smallest vaporizer on the market, fits in the palm of your hand.

They come in different strains. I bought a couple of Indica JuJu Joints in the GrapeApe strain. It's kinda spendy. That above has a fairly low THC level, mine was closer to 24% THC.

Wow! I like the concept...particularly for medical users.

Granted, I enjoy the flower vapes, even the "fiddly" ones, as well as the preparation of the herb itself....but having something like JuJu on hand seems like a very convenient option!

@CarolKing ...have you tried one yet? If so, how was the vapor quality?
