I hear you. I've fallen for it so much, I had to pull the trigger on the Jr. whilst the sale was still going on. All this goodness in a dynastash type carry case was a no brainer.
I've promised myself that is my last vape purchase for awhile. As most of us do, I'm sure.

You gotta let me know how the Jr is in comparison. I could probably put out feelers on the classifieds or buy from PIU with at least a small discount

Going to try it through water?

Not worried about it on water. Needs that u shaped drop down atty. Got the Flip for water sports. Can't be to much different signature wise..
I was wanting to make the Flip more portable. Protecting the mouthpiece was the stickler. Although that whip adapter used dry with a short whip could work.But....Jr solves the on the go better.
Pocket portable not unlike a Dynastash and I can toss it in the luggage or backpack on next month's vaca time.

Very interested in hearing about how you like you Jr. Only on my second day with the Flip and and it will definitely be on the bench with the daily drivers and not stored in the toolbox.

Stay safe this weekend!

So I tried out my Flip Brick last night. I used the torch I use with Junior, I bumped it down a notch, but it was still pretty strong. I figured I would just keep the flame further back.

I start taking the hit and got nothing...nothing...nothing...vaporCOMBUSTION! Damnit, I hate that taste. I knew I should have started slow with a weak torch but I thought I could increase the torch distance to accommodate for that.

I turned the torch all the way down, cleaned up, and reloaded the chamber. I got a couple of weak flavorful hits. I bumped the torch up almost to the halfway mark and got very good results there.

I am getting some scorching but have had no combustion since that first hit. I just need to work on torch length and angle, and tweak my draw speed and I'll be golden. It's already hitting pretty good though.

It's also a really fun vape to play with. The way the pieces twist and move is hypnotic and oddly soothing.

Whip adapter looks like an amazing mouthpiece.

Haven't had luck with something small, but still uses the joint so I can easily swap to water filtration if wanted, but that may fit the bill...

Finally all moved into a new place... Almost have my flip brick review done. Loving it so far, I have found it is easier to combust as well.

Flip was supposed to be here yesterday but Labor Day/hurricanes were delaying things. USPS says it's out for delivery so I'll be posting my thoughts later, so stoked!

Damn Nature! Hopefully it gets to you today!

Awesome family pic @Vapor_Eyes

I've pretty much been combustion free.
For me, this vape relies on sound as much as waiting for the click on a vc.
whoooosh..................
I have to trust the whoosh to tell me where to hold the torch.
Especially when bright outside with my fluffy flamed Ronson torch I can barely dial under an inch and I cant see it at all.

Yes, the whoosh is key. It's interesting how each of the Sticky Brick vaporizers have a unique "voice" at the torch sweet spot. My Flip Brick has a whoosh, the Junior is a low whistle, and the OG has a high pitched whistle. Maybe it's a result of the intake used. The fresh air port may also play a part.

I've still been using my Flip Brick native, trying to master it. You make a good point about it relying on sound. I have a hard time watching the vapor and torch at the same time so I try to listen for the whoosh while I'm looking at the vapor.

After I get more practice with the stock configuration I'll try it with the straight intake and I also want to try it dry.

My FB came in a few days ago and right off the bat my very 1st hit I combusted lol. However even the combusted hits in this thing still smoother than lighting up a regular bowl. Definitely harder to master than the Maxx. It's easiest to use this in a dark enough space where you can see how much of the flame is going through the intake glass.

The Flip Brick is also better for use with smaller WP's than the Maxx

No need to worry about the whip tubing toppling my piece anymore:)

How I'll end my night......... I'm so tempted to add a jr or an og or a Maxx.

Sticky bricks, vapcap, lotus. Those brands will make up my collection (with my FLOWERPOT as the party vape)
Next time my wife says I'm out of control and I say there are people that's worse it won't be a general comment made with vague references:rofl:

I don't even think this is outlandish?

My kids down for the next 6 hours, I work in the AM, and only 2 vapes are currently being used, with only one kind of wax and flower being mixed.
If it was a Friday night I'd have two types of flower and two to three concentrate jars in the pic.... With a Nanovong and flower pot in the background.
God bless my medical card.
Variety is the spice on pizza. Or life. Whatever. Vape on

I am desolate to tell you i have the flip brick since launch and still keep combusting. I think it may be the air intake bent in a strange way but as i live in Spain returning anything is very costly and there are customs. I tried different flames, different angles and i placed screens in the air intake and also removed all the screens but everything is futile. Last weekend i tried a SBJr and it ROCKED first hit i took sent me to the moon and i didn´t combust neither had hotspots but with the Flip I can´t get satisfactory hits. If anyone can help me i will appreciate!!

Hey hope all is well in Spain,

Let us know your technique.
I'd like to know flame length, draw speed, if you are using a jhook, or water peice, just a quick rundown.

I'm sure we can get down to the bottom of it.
