I only read that there was a new version of the Crafty with 20% more battery, nothing about the Mighty
Actually i would stay away from putting fiber in hot areas - flax fibers degrade thermal at around 170C, they loose elasticity... hemp should be in a similar range (if u still want to use it maybe inside the CU under the screen)Dosing capsule mods????
I really want to use hemp filters in all my vapes as it makes the reclaim 10X more pure and hemp also makes vape cleanup go much easier.
What are you doing with hemp fiber filters for the dosing capsules???
IMO, the holes in the dosing capsules are way too big for my taste. ABV is getting sucked out of the capsules.
--I added a fine mesh screen in the bottom of the capsule.
--Also, added a fine mesh screen and hemp filter in the capsule cover. This upper screen keeps ABV from getting stuck in the hemp fibers---a beotch when you are trying to save your ABV. It keeps the herb and the filter separated. The filter and screen are not very secure though
I just find my miniVAP Flexicone modules much easier to use, to load and unload, and super easy to add hemp fiber filter, and they can be unloaded immediately with their silicone tops.
Dosing capsules would be much more inviting if I get a better filter system worked out.
Thanks for any ideas
that statement only summarizes some of the incremental updates over the past few years - eg my almost 2 year old mighty has the boost function...Here's the information on the updated Mighty directly from Jake at puffitup.com:

Hey hey Tony! The newest Mightys have an increased auto-shutoff timer and a boost mode that can be activated by pressing the power button twice in a row. The boost mode kicks the temperature up a set amount which is completely user adjustable. Outside of those two changes we have also heard user reports of improved battery life and the body being made of a harder plastic compared to the previous generation though we do not have official confirmation on those changes. I hope that info helps and if you're curious about anything else feel free to ask! QUOTE].
Good to know. Thank you.I returned my first Mighty a few months ago, the unit I got sent has every single feature already.
So there you have it. I'm still ordering a Ghost MV-1 when I get my order email, but if it doesn't live up to the hype, would this be the next best thing?
if you go by vape critic's ranking the answer is yes.

That's awesome! LOL I'm going to do the same thing for a while when mine comes. Love it.DIY Mighty stand
..................................................................................................I am sure it has been discussed exhaustedly over the last 430 pages, but was hoping some one could post [or repost] a comparison of the Mighty Vs Plenty, and also a comparison of the Mighty Vs MiniVap.
And if you don't? That wasn't very helpful...

I own all three the devices amongst 17 other.I am sure it has been discussed exhaustedly over the last 430 pages, but was hoping some one could post [or repost] a comparison of the Mighty Vs Plenty, and also a comparison of the Mighty Vs MiniVap.
I had the Plenty for years, so it is a benchmark for me in terms of vapor quality.
I have also had the MiniVap for some time now, and am looking to replace it with something with a better form factor (pocketable).
Ideally I am looking for something that hits like a train and has minimal draw resistance. My MiniVap is awesome, just big for travels.
...........................................................................................the Mighty is way better for me. The capsule system is way better than the flexicone. It enables you to bring preloaded doses to vape outside. If you'll use the capsules you'll never have to clean the Mighty's bowl.
This is not optimal orientation for filling the chamber (no capsules...).I just lay my Mighty down on the back.
One reason is I've never had to clean a SB capsule, While Minivap's flexi-cones had to be brushed a bit, moreover the silicone parts, like the upper part of the flexicone, has to be substituted after some months of use. Mighty 's CU can be washed clean doesn't discolor. I feel safer with Mighty and Volcano, which I use the most. Capsules fit 4 of my vaporizers, be those home or outdoor units. This is another great reason I like capsules. I can store SB capsules inside magazines or keychains. Not the same with flexis. SB accessories, especially capsules have affordable prices, not at all Minivap's loading units or accessories in general. If I felt the flavor was worth it I'd use (and consequently "love") more the Minivap than SB vaporizers but I don't. I was sort of a Minivap early adopter but after getting a Crafty after years of Minivap use I ended up getting every S&B vaporizer. Even the Evo is getting dust. Volcano is just easier, tastier than anything else and breakage free. Mighty gets really close and at my place gets bed and outdoor use. Plenty gets in rotation sometimes. Minivap has a lot of draw resistance compared to almost none of Plenty and Mighty. Minivap was the first great electronic, dependable home/portable with also a great battery. I partially blame for my dislike my MV unit having been updated twice and losing flavor instead of getting anything better than the first model teflon core, other than the reduced heating times. This was my experience, and now I don't feel like recommending (or getting) a Minivap unit while there are Mightys for cheaper............................................................................................
I'm curious why you like the dosing capsules better? For me, it's not even close as I much prefer the Flexicone modules.
For me the dosing capsules are twice as difficult to fill, the Flexicones can be filled in 3 seconds.
The metal dosing capsules stay "hotter than fuck" while the Flexicones cool quickly with a couple breathes thru them.
The Flexis stay firmly closed while the capsules can be tough to open yet sometimes open when you least expect it
The dosing capsules add more conduction while the Flexis make the mix more convection dominant.
Both flexis and capsules keep the chamber clean.
Flexis allow you to use Mighty direct with a bubbler, no CU, Flexi sits in bubbler and you invert bare Mighty unto it---you can't get a more direct bubbler connection.
The Flexis are eazy peazy to add a hemp fiber filter to keep ABV dust from going along with airflow.
Both are an improvement over bare chamber.
Please let us know why capsules work better for you/ how they fit your wants/needs better. Thanks
