Ordered my Mighty v3 Waterpipe Adapter

it was weird, i put my Debit card detail in their site, and without any payment gateway i was done with payment. Means anybody with access to my card could able to do shopping in delta3dstudios without my Consent.

i mean atleast my bank should have send me OTP/One time password or someother way to verify that i have consent . Wish is weird since it always yet have sended me otp to authorize my transaction.

delta3dstudios , Plz if its a problem fromur site plz improve cause exposing my card detail like this make me feel very UNsafe

I'm gonna order this when I get my vivant, I heard it goes on without any mods and works great. Would love to see pics or video of this combo in action on a water pipe!

This is very troubling, can you please PM me more information about what's happening? I'm a bit confused as my store is 100% compliant with every requirement of Visa/Mastercard/Amex/DiscoverCard (I was even recently extensively audited last month and found in compliance, except I forgot to display the card logos on my homepage, doh!).

I have been using the same ECommerce Store host (BigCommerce) and CC Merchant Service Provider for the past four years with zero complaints of unauthorized transactions or fraud despite hundreds of orders worldwide per month. I take fraud extremely seriously as I myself have fallen victim to a trojan worm injection theft of my own personal CC info.

I wish I could use a traditional gateway such as Paypal or even the new Amazon click payment, but alas, Tobacco accessory sales are not permitted through those gateways for USA Based businesses. Alas, I'm currently working on signing multiple wholesale partners worldwide to assist in distributing my products globally. I've already got a shipment headed to New Zealand and another shipment headed to Brazil with some Mighty Accessories!

Keep an eye on my website, I'm hoping to build a list links to all of my Authorized Retailers, organized by country!
 
Hey all, I know people have posted a lot of battery/charger recommendations. It would help me out if anyone could post links to ebay or amazon that they've had good experiences with. The choices are a bit overwhelming. Thanks. I found this one, but not sure if it's the appropriate choice:

The reason I'm looking is that the replacement battery Vivant sent me is having problems charging now - or the device is having problems charging it. I thought it was fine originally, but only used it a couple of times. After using it the last time, I charged it to 100% and left the battery in the device. It was totally drained when I went to use it a couple of weeks later. Not sure if that part is normal, but I wasn't having problems charging it before and I had left it in the device before without a total drain. It took many hours to recharge to 100%. I then used it to around 25%, then tried to recharge. It took many hours to get to around 50%. Eventually it got to 100%. I know that's not normal. I took it out and will see what it reads after a few days. Not sure what's happening.

Seriously, there are others I trust in this MJ business as much as you, but there is nobody I trust more than you. Delta has been great to deal with over many transactions.

Gearbest/Fasttech for both, if you don't mind waiting. Beware of ebay, as it is the most common source of fakes.

I had a similar issue two times. I believe it is related to charging your battery in the vape.

If you have an external charger that would be the first choice. If no external charger I suggest the following:

After use, especially if plugged in to charge, make sure the vape is 100% off. You can remove the battery after the charge if needed.

The vape seems to drain power if left in standby directly after being plugged in.

Edit: I have also had great service from IMR batteries.

Thanks to the people who have responded so far. I was hoping to get some links from ebay and/or amazon for specific items, but I have more to go on now. Still open to more suggestions though - and hopefully the aforementioned links. I don't worry about getting bad items on either site as i've had good experiences with returning items and often get refunds without having to return the item - and getting a replacement as well.

sickmanfraud: yep, i'm taking the battery out for now. the weird thing is that i didn't have the problem before. if it continues with the new batteries i'm definitely going to contact vivant, but at the moment it's low down on my list of things to do.

Just noticed a crack that goes from the bottom right up to the bottom of the charging port. I don't know if it's affecting the charging, but, hmmm, not good. Has this happened to anyone else? I've only used this thing a handful of times and I've never dropped it, so this looks like poor materials.

Our main priority at the moment is fixing the top cap issues. The V3 top caps are in the final phases of production and we believe they should be available to the public by the end of this month.The V3 top caps should mitigate all existing issues customers are experiencing . We appreciate your interest and feedback regarding future Alternate plans. I will relay your thoughts to our team of designers.

Now with the aforementioned crack near the charging port and the continuing charging issues, I'm not sure how to proceed. Even if Vivant will replace the unit, I'm not sure I want another one of these if the materials or manufacture is so bad that the crack happened after very little use and treating it with kid gloves. Guess I'll just wait and see as there isn't much they can do for me at this point without having something better to offer.

@Vivant any updates? I'd love to recommend this vape to a few friends but won't do it until there's a new mouthpiece confirmed to not crack after a few uses.

Come on @Vivant. It's been over 4 months since I've been able to use either one of my Alternates? I do believe a warranty extension is justified? since you refuse to accept returns on the units?

The warranty is two years as long as you bought from an authorized seller

We understand the issues with the previous top caps we have and can see how this issue is irritating, but rest assured we are coming to a proper solution to this top cap issue customers are experiencing. Your concerns for a more reliable top cap is something we share.

The safety and health of Alternate users is very important to us. We strive to provide our customers with quality experiences and products with their health and satisfaction in mind.

We are always learning from our customers and taking necessary measures to ensure we deliver better products, better quality, better features, and better service.

Our team of designers and engineers have been working diligently on the issues from our old previous top cap models. We are in the final phases of production of the new top caps.

The new V3 top caps will feature a completely redesigned top cap utilizing an even better material and should mitigate all existing issues that our previous models have had in the past.

We are hoping for these new caps to be available for sale/warranties by the end of this week. We would like to thank all you for your patience and for bearing with us during this time.

We will also be making an announcement on our website when they become available for sale/warranty so customers can either purchase them online or get their warranties taken care of. These V3 top caps will be included with all future orders with the Alternate Kit and will be used for future warranties for our customers as well, if needed.

That is some Good News.

Sadly m still waiting for delta3dstudios 's cooling unit. Which is a Usps First class international post.

it only tracks until its in Usps's hands i guess.. unlike other times when i used china post and PostNl, (they were free delivery with tracking info like out for delivery update(after handing to indianpost))

Hope u Guys come with new CU that would suck heat out of unit too
