Here is one making it's way across the pond, leaving today

This beauty turned up yesterday, just as I was locking the front door to go on a week's holiday.. 4 days delivery to the UK is really quite impressive, and Dave was exemplary throughout.

And now I get a week on the west Wales coast to experiment with it.. I've got long stems and shallow screens too, so fun times ahead!

Can someone recommend a bubbler that works well with the MVT? A small, simple one? Most of mine work with larger stems. Also what is the best water adapter for the MVT. I looked at Ratchet's site since I have 1 for my other vapes but there were too many.

@little maggie i have a 14mm f-bomb that I use with many of my portables, it works well for a smaller package. I think that the ddave coolers can also be used with water. And @eds TnT probably has something that'll work in his glasswares.

Otherwise if you don't want a small hydratube you could look into the MFLB Orbiter.

As far as @Ratchett's adapters go, the medium nu-song should work perfect for most all of your needs.

The wooden 14-14mm WonG you have your Essence will work with the Touch. You can try a Pinnacle water tool or and small 14mm bubbler on dhgate probably? I only have 18mm aside from the PNWT and use a reducer mostly for 14mm. Dave has GonGs, but not screen stable

I have the mvt water adapter, I can take a pic of it for you if you want to see it. It's basically the size of a longer stem and both ends are 14mm.

My MVT beta was on the bench since a few weeks cause the touch button wasn't activating the heat.... Dave was nice enough to give me a fix for my issue... tried it this morning and ... it works!

I'm very happy to get my MVT back on rotation, I was using the GH a lot but it doesn't support a lot back to back hits when I need to medicate myself more than a few hits!

I just want to say thank for an awesome vape brother :). This thing once you have gotten familiar with your battery capacity at time of use then you can enjoy it a lot better.
Fresh batt and it almost rips from the get go. Love it love it.:clap::rockon::science:

Glad to hear you are enjoying your MVT.

Instead of waiting for RBT or FW you could go to the upcoming section and get yourself a Tubo-Evic. You will not be sorry you bought it and it may cure (or at least put into remission) your VAS.

The ABV don't look burned like with the Millaana, and I combust too often with the Milaana, does the Touch do that? Also because of the shorter stem how hot is the vapor, not as hot as the grasshopper I hope. Milaana short stem I find unusable because it's uncomfortably hot. But it looks interesting and on the video the ABV after 10 hits looked good still green!!!. Maybe it was the camera.

I think that's all technique, bc Milaana abv doesn't have to be burned at all nor does it have to be harsh. Similar here you can control for light abv and smooth hits with practice, but there may also be an easier learning curve here for most people. Unregulated takes practice and isn't for everyone, but also each unregulated vape is different (especially btwn older and newer units) as is each user. I do find GH harsher than both despite it being regulated due to it's design however, and my MV/Mi technique is so down in a way that both can even be smoother than my Tubo as well (as it does better with fast draws)

@Astedra you can get the light brown abv with the Touch or you can get a charred abv, depends on technique. You have to learn to judge the temp by mouth feel of vapor. The harder you push it the darker the abv. I like to get a dark brown abv but that requires going to higher temps and does risk charring.

I haven't combusted on either since I start to cough when there's any burning. But my milaana does run hotter than the MVT. I have an older milaana and that may contribute to the additional heat. Since I read here that it's not good for the coil to glow I've been holding the button for shorter times, still getting clouds and my abv is pretty light. Using the MVT with the wood adapter and water it's been milder than the tubo with the same set up.
(Except I managed to get the screen stuck in the wood and can't figure out how to get it out. Oh well.)

Your screen is stuck in your wood stem? You should be able to push itvout with a chopstick or a wooden bamboo skewer.

Amazing! PIU is now selling the Touch, I'm very happy the manufacturer found a way to promote its device with a so good retailer!

Just noticed @PuffItUp , I can access to the Touch page by clicking on the pic of your homepage but it's still not visible through the "portable vaporizer" page... could you fix that please?

@pakalolo I didn't know the meaning of your handle but this caught my eye and I googled it
skHJKkO.jpg

I had to take the picture through the stores front window so I couldn't move the shorts (from Flagstaff, AZ).
And at the Museum of Jurassic Technology in Los Angeles I found this beauty
NBOIgOX.jpg

It is a pipe strictly for combusting tobacco but I could see designing a vap around this.

Ok guys so my new obsession is on demand portables. Currently i use a vapcap and a grasshopper. Ive tried a milanna and just couldent get it after countless sessions, sometimes id get massive hits, sometimes combustion, and other times id get a ton of heat down my throat with no vapor. Id love to have a battery powered on demand as a backup for my grasshopper. Im just curious as to how similair the mvt is to the milanna?

Best bet is to read through the thread, or rather just search it (top right) for Milaana, to see what various users have said, since this isn't really the place for a direct comparison. It is similarly unregulated on demand convection with glass stem, so you may have the same troubles here, but since the learning curve is a bit tamer you may find it fits your useage style better after all.

I love taking my time and learning a vape. I can get huge clouds from my mflb with batteries and loved that little thing. But i absolutely hated the milaana. Tried every possible tip and trick in the book and it had inconsistant results 98% of the time. After reading i feel like the mvt is everything i hoped for from the milanna

That surprises me a lot, an old used model perhaps? In any case try MVT and see! There's quite a few of these style vapes now, given your preference to the GH (which I don't enjoy much myself though also coming from old T1 love, VC either for that matter) I'd definitely suggest checking out the Tubo too + upcoming TuboX
