I use an evic vtc dual. Get the 510 base for the Herc and it opens up a whole world of choices. I like the dual as I can use single battery mode for daily use and dual mode for when I want more out of the Herc for a longer time. Dab rig like hits all weekend at a music festival for example. It is much easier on the batteries that way.

I thought the new Persei was coming for a long time. For the price of an evic mod you might as well grab one while you wait. You might need it to have enough patience.
Was the 510 base available still? a buddy of mine stole my bottom insulator for my sr71 a while back but I didn't see it on the webpage in 510 when I looked I'd need 2 of em

A user posted this setup awhile back on this forum couldnt find it to give him credit but I went and got the same box mod and ordered another nibbler after my first broke. the herc is one of the first ones that came out and I recently bought just the black rod and the 510 base and converted it to work on most ecig setups. I was tired of waiting for uptech to come out with the new persei and these are only 40$, and the persei looks like a big dildo anyway when your hitting it. as far as the box mod its great for 40$ I have gotten it wet a couple times on accident and it kept working. it comes with a riser piece that makes it work with the nibbler perfectly.

Wasn't it supposed to be out a year ago? Or maybe this isn't that side loading mod that was brought up a long time ago.

had to return something to a smoke shop and they had this case laying around. fits it perfect and its super customizable as to what can fit in there. you remove the padding by the square if that makes sense. it has a lock but it wouldnt stop anyone trying, probably even a pocket knife but its more for protection of the glass.

No more Persei? I always saw that as your marquee product.
There has supposed to be a new temp control version coming out for like two years or so now. I like the W9 products but this teasing customers with products that never appear seems to be an issue. We all get excited about the new greatest thing that G is promising and then we wait and wait some more. While I understand G's excitement about new ideas and the fact that people are always bugging him to know what is coming so he has to say something. They won't want to hear nothing as an answer. I think it is worse to tease loyal brand followers.
I would rather hear that the company is constantly and vigorously working toward new innovations than to be teased with an awesome new idea that never comes to market.

I know the new temp control persei and triton haven't come out, but several new and updated things have come out over the past 2 years. Most of which I've bought and been really happy with.

I am a little bothered by how their website homepage says "lifetime warranty", but then you read deeper into website and it only says "1 year warranty"?!?!?
I understand it but there is just some factors at the moment that is preventing us from going into full production with them. Nothing to do with design but more on cost of parts as the final cost of the Persei could be priced out of the industry.
We are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Spend money on R&D and come out with unique devices with higher costs or just re-brand what china has and pretend we made it.
R&D is what increases our prices yet when we release things people claim its to expensive.
We are in the process of pricing it and then designing the package.
Guys please understand there are some changes happening with W9tech.com as you can see we are adding terpenes to be purchased from us, and working on opening a lounge. Some things have taken a back seat but if all goes well we are going to be going full force in 2018.
Im just swamped with projects.

Hope everyone understands we are a little slow but we will make it happen.
The site says limited lifetime warranty. After the first year there is a service charge that is for labor. Hope this clears it up.
Honestly I would never question their customer service. G and his staff have always gone above and beyond to help out even long after a warranty has expired.
Storz & Bickel is still selling $600 Volcanos. If the value is there, this market seems open to paying for it. It can be hard at times to demonstrate value online, however.
