What is the best butter machine?

I have a lot of AVB. I originally had a Mota Pot that I used to turn the AVB into Cannabutter. When I moved I lost it. I am in the market for a discreet machine that cane extract the THC into the butter.

My choices are
1.) Mota Pot
2.) Magical Butter Machine 2
3.) Mighty Herbal Infuser
4.) Easy Butter Maker

The Mota Pot and Easy Butter Maker are very similar, and the Magical Butter Machine and Mighty Herbal Infuser look the same also. I want to know what your opinions on which is best? I would be cooking about 14g-21g of AVB, can anyone with any experience tell me what would best fit me? There are not that many reviews for this, and the Crock pot is not going to work for me.

MBM 2 requires 2cups of oil or alcohol to infuse as a minimum. 14 to 21g of ABV in such a large quantity of liquid will be super super mild. If that is not what you want then look elsewhere.

I'm mostly interested in making butter, can I use the water method? (I.E. put two sticks of butter, a cup of water, and 21g of avb?)

Check out one of these. I've been thinking about buying one. There is a thread in the cooking section that talks about them. It's called a Sous Vide precision cooking with water.

Gourmia GSV150 WiFi Sous Vide Precision Cooker Immersion Pod, 1200W Powerful & Accurate, App Controlled, 3rd Generation - Includes Free Recipe Book,
Amazon.com - Seller

I have the MBM and it works well but requires a lot of cannabis. I would like to see a slightly smaller version. Or some way to be able to use a smaller load in the MBM using something like a spacer type thing for future models. If something happens and you ruin a batch that's a lot of money. Say slightly too long decarbed in the oven can ruin a batch or too hot of an oven. I usually put my oil through 3 cycles in the MBM and use as much cannabis as possible so it will be strong enough.

I bought something called the Mota Pot 2 years or so ago. It uses small amounts of oil and cannabis. The oil and butter turns green and some folks have had good luck with the Mota Pots but I wasn't that impressed. I don't know if I can get my oil strong enough.

Tired of paying 10.00 for cookies at the despencerys I will be using bud not shake

I made a batch of infused coconut oil with 7 grams of bud that was on special at the despencery . used a cup of the oil and made a batch of brownies cut into 16 . they are great the best Ive ever had. and one thing i like about this generic mbm it has a decarb button that decarbs perfectly.

Really curious to hear what you think of it when it arrives. I originally held off from the MB2 as there wasn't a 220v version but this one is way cheaper and has a 220v option.

Nice find!
I got it and it works awsome. Made a batch of coconut oil and some brownies turned out perfect. The quality of the machine is top notch.

Nice! That's very encouraging.

Really keen as I like the decarb option.

The link you posted for Alibaba states that the minimum order is for 100x units, do you mind me asking how were you able to order a single unit?

TIA

Cool, I've sent them a message asking for a sample unit.

Thanks for the advice bud.
not a prob. its a great solution for people that dont live in the States. by the time you pay the cost of the unit from magic butter the shipping taxes duty etc. the cost could be close to 300.00 or more so I had to find a different option.

Exactly why I never got one, same with the Nova decarb.

Once you add all the charges and the need for a step up converter it just became too much to cope with.

This was a great find though.

There appears to be an alternative model with more buttons:

https://www.alibaba.com/product-det...ss-steel-customized-function_60557020771.html

Any reason (other than the colour) that you didn't opt for this version?
