No its sticky and you cant get it out without a tool which as i said is stupid. All you are doing is buying more objects to make up for what is a bad design choice. How is this worth the hassle everytime.

As someone who lives in a clean minimalist home, People never understand because people want things. I want less things and better products instead.

You seem to be getting a little bent out of shape over this . Bad design ?? First time I've heard anyone say this . Stupid to use a tool to clean ?? Do you clean your vape with just a finger and no tool ? Maybe chill a little bit and stop bashing a good product because it doesn't 100% fit your needs . A company shouldn't change their product just because one person is too afraid of clutter to own one item to help clean it out .

Yup my finger and no tool is used to clean the vape, Unless cotton wipes are tools but they are throw away objects. Granted someone has to make these through Capitalism which is slavery so yes its stupid to need a tool to clean something.

If you cannot face the reality that curved bottoms are better i do not know i guess this is why the world is such a fucked up place with materialistic ideals and people in China throwing themselves from buildings, Or Japanese people dying from work based exhaustion.

You go ahead and throw your dollars at a tool, I will keep using my finger for multiple applications instead. And if i think a product has a bad design choice which negates this my mind is clear enough to see i need a different product. :)

What if said rounded bottom glass pieces have to be purchased from said Chinese / Japanese workers in order to make it economically viable ??? Are you still gonna want them ? When you could just buy a $2 box of diamond toothpicks ( that are made in the USA by what I hope are people that enjoy making toothpicks ) . They are disposable too and should knock that kief loose . Making the change that you want may not be as easy as it seems to you .

So I stand corrected . I looked on amazonUK and Diamond toothpicks are mad expensive . $2.00 here but £33.99 + £29.99 to ship . Wow !! I would be happy to grab some and send them to you @rodders83 as a peace offering . I feel like I struck a nerve previously and that wasn't my intention .:peace:

Nah no nerve was struck at all i just suffer from severe OCD and minimalism is a thing i have with a tendancy to want to chuck things out and hence i find it hard to buy and own things like i said above i tend to go for a perfectionist design and save myself the hassle and money.

I still think it is a silly easy modification to make just order the same insert for satchymo's but ask the blower to make the bottoms rounded like a Chico. And simply list them as replacements. Or maybe Aldo will give me the dimensions and i would order some for myself in time.

It just annoyed me when after a bad day i wanted my kief and the last little bit was stuck all around the corners its such a small amount but its a hit or two i wanted and needed when i was pretty much dry. The poking i did with a plastic tool i had still was not really getting in you need something rounded like you suggested i presume this is what diamond toothpicks are because i never once heard of them here in the UK.

Experience has taught me that ALL concentrates have their pros and cons.

If you want something that is not going to get caught in corners, pollen is not what you seek. Try some shatter from an extract artist and you will never dig out of a corner again.

Pollen is wonderful but the only way you are going to keep it out of your threads and any corners is if you press the ever living shit out out your pollen and turn them into pucks... even then you will still leave deposits in your corners.

Back to square 1. You really should not seek pollen if you have issues using a toothpick to dig the pollen out of a glass jyarz corner.

It was my understanding from day 1 of the chico's inception that they were not designed for ALL concentrates. I find them quite suitable for pollen, wax, pollen and others, but your mileage may vary.

Pollen only i have considered the pucks but it is expensive just to get pucks. You are right though i bought it because there is nothing else but i am certain i could get every bit out if it was rounded. Because i would simply use my fingers to swipe it clean and then the scissors wil scrape it in one motion off the fingers.

The end result is kief lumps drop off the end of my fingers into my bowl i never lose kief ever. And basically this is the only option for conentrates i can get we do not get shatter over here, You are lucky to get bud that has odor nevermind shatter or wax. :(

I had a problem with one of my Satchmo's that I ordered a while back. I ordered 3 and one of them had a problem with the lid that kept popping off or not sealing well. I contacted Aldo and he immediately sent me a replacement and it's been working great since. Great customer service and awesome product. I have two Classic's and I usually end up using my Satchmo's. I will eventually replace those with new ones in the future. Thanks Aldo!

No? I fill capsules for a Mighty before i leave the house i never take a Jyarz with me its simply a kief holder but not a very good one as i said. Obviously curved bottoms are too much to ask because its not gone down well obviously with weird questions and silence. I will say one final time theres silicone that needs replaced and the bottoms not ergonomic and for someone not in the USA thats game over.

So sorry but i have to forget about Jyarz and look elsewhere for what i need. We have customs that would take a fee on future gaskets so its just not ideal to have something that needs replacement parts but also not suitable for powder. So sorry if this caused offence but i am simply not an outdoor vaping person and that is what for me in my mind this product is aimed for.

hey man, somethings just don't work out, no biggie! the only one I use for pollen is the chico, but I don't bring my jyarz out with me often and if I do, its a special occasion. were your gaskets the older ones that he updated ? because all of my gaskets are fine, but I was sent a replacement for two of them as the insert thing fell apart.

Yea i know by the way i cleaned mine and put it out for a friend who will take it but upon further inspection the glass inside my Jyarz actually leans towards the edges which is useless. If i set this thing flat on a surface and look at it you clearly see the middle has a rise and the corners look like they go down.

So any powder that is put into this thing, It all goes to the edges and you need to find a tool to get it out. Last night i spent about 15 mins trying to get it all out and in the end i had to give up and iso rinse it...

The search goes on!

One of these days, I'll find some good hash and kif in Maine for the Chicos. If not, just might have to make it myself ;).
