Discontinued Haze Dual V3

having used the cans exclusively lately I've foregone cleaning teh haze since... time for cleaning no doubt...

a little ( I got high as shit ) tale to tell... the last time I cleaned the v3 I used degummed hemp fiber wrapped around a wooden q-tip with the factory cotton tip broke off and replaced with the hemp fiber... it took quite a few times with multiple new swipes down the air shoot as each swipe was resin clogged.. afterwards I ended up with a few really dark resinous soaked hemp wads- where did they go? in my mouth to suck on! Holy moly! I was blasted for a long time trying to figure out wha happin??!! LOL

be warned, if you try this next time you clean the v3 do not leave the couch lol

I've read where you add this to warm milk etc which could lessen effects so maybe try that first LOL

Hello Folks,

Just wondering if anybody has some insight into contacting Haze support? I've filled out a service request for a unit via the web site, waited a week with no response or contact, filled out a second request and it has now been 2 weeks with no response or contact. I've tried emailing the accounts listed on the website (support@hazevaporizers.com and cs@hazevaporizers.com) and am getting a "mail accounts not valid error".
Thanks in advance.

hey guys longtime lurker first-time poster

so after doing a really good cleaning of my haze v3 in may I've kinda neglected it over the past month and half or so while still using it pretty much daily

it's kinda hard to openly clean it living in my parents house for the summer, etc. and honestly I've just been lazy which is 100% my fault

anyway I've been cleaning it over the past day or so and it's been a bitch, definitely regret not cleaning it more before this

I've used a lot of iso and q-tips as well as toothpicks and I've done a pretty good job getting the chambers clean, but there's still burn marks and left-over residue (I think this is what you would call it?) in both of the chambers that I really want to get out but am struggling to do so with toothpicks

are there any tips or pointers of things I could do to get the marks out? I want to get my haze as clean as possible and maintain it that way for the future (so definitely not gonna let it sit for a month+ again lol)

any special tools I can use to help?

I can post some pics later if it helps you guys understand what I'm dealing with

Cheers!

Try a magic eraser.

But if they are actual burn marks and discoloration due to use, will be difficult to get it back perfect.

I in no way condon doing this.
Using distilled water clean qtip, upside-down, highest heat swab the bowl. I repeat, distilled water, highest heat setting, hold vape with oven facing down, carefully steam the bowl. Use a damp, (damp)qtip. Redampen as needed.
Do not use tap water, (chlorine).
This also works on Boundless Vapes. Doc

looking at this thread helps me see when I cleaned the V3 last.... so it's been a little over a month and cleaned it again... this time I used a wooden q-tip and pulled the factory cotton off and put my own degummed hemp fiber on there instead... I just turned while holding the hemp on there until it stuck... then with the V3 hot I stuck the hemp fiber down there to soak up the resin... once saturated I just pulled the fiber off of the tip and replaced it with more... after a few of those saturated swipes ( maybe 4) I switched over to regular q-tips and iso alcohol to clean the rest... I'm saving the resin coated hemp to soak in a small bowl with iso alcohol that gets evaporated and then put coconut oil in the dish to soak up the resin to eat later...

If you do use one in your vaporizer, probably wise to do a couple of high heat burnoffs outside afterwards.

No no no... this is not good at all. The Haze is not meant to be fired up without some lovin in the ovens. I believe (If memory serves me correctly) that it's stated in the directions when you receive a unit and on the Haze site.

Hi all--I'm new to posting on the site (been lurking awhile) and just got my Haze 3 today. It was a replacement for my little HipVap that broke. Had that about a year. And DAMN! While I know (from reading this forum!) that there may be better convection vapes out there, this one is so much superior to what I had that I realize I'm just beginning to understand the vaping world. This thing rocks: so much smoother, and definitely need less dry herb to get where I want to be! I'm impressed!

(and...I'm sure you all know this is going to lead to the purchase of more vapes. What have I got myself into? *lol*)

Thanks too, because I read a lot of this thread before I settled on the Haze 3. (Now to read the rest!)

Welcome and you can do many things with the Haze my friend. I've actually found it to be superior to many other vaporizer in its class. Oh, and far less expensive to many of the others too. It's got a learning curve... but watch out once you've dialed in your grind, draw and loads. You'll be blasting off into Haze heaven in no time.

You've also come to the right place it sounds like, because FC is all about the information and lifestyle. It's the only place to be. It will definitely induce the VAS shakes! But in this land of wonder, cravings are a good thing. Cheers!

Does say you should not to burn offs. But I do one anyways after cleaning to ensure I get the ISO taste out.

I noticed that if I don't do a burn off for the oil can I can really taste the dishsoap that seems to stick to the silicone lid. Anyone have suggestions for that?

Rince in coconut milk. If you look back in this thread Haze has recommended to rince the silicone parts in coconut milk. Ask Scott. Doc

after using the V3 for a good while I like the ed's TNT wooden pipe adapters ( wpa=water pipe adapter) that are made to fit the V3... I bought the 14mm sized wpa and the 18mm @PuffItUp .. the 14mm one is the one I keep on the vape at all times as it cools the vapor some when hitting native and fits my favorite 14mm fab egg bubbler... The tank- http://www.dhgate.com/product/2015-feb-newest-glass-bong-9-quot-inches/247499767.html

After you have had the vape for a awhile let us know and we can help you keep it clean internally as most cannabis is sticky and can gunk up the best of vapes

For our newest HazeOhNaughts, nice to meet you. I mentioned a few posts back that the Haze is capable of so many things, in so many places and environments. It's utterly an on demand pocket multi-tool if the user plans things out ahead of time. This is one thing about the Haze, among many that keeps calling me to enjoy what it just does, Haze me. Even sweeter than Sally herself, :o the Haze can do a few things at the same time depending on your combinations and experimenting.

Now let's enjoy our Flower and shatter sandwich shall we. Directions: Cover the can or screen bottom of your choice with a thin layer of flower. Next, add your concentrate of choice, I've chosen shatter of course. Finally, fill your choosen vessel up all the way. I call this a Canshatflowrich! Ouch right, I know It sounds horrible but trust me it tastes and treats you oh so nicely. Enjoy! ;)

Fire up the little guy and... Now you're blasting off headed into the great experience known as Haze. Cheah buddies.... Cheers!

I received an all black Haze V3 today. Very happy with my purchase so far. After letting the batteries charge for 6-7 hours I fired the vape up with a conduction screen. I used pretty mid grade bud for my first sessions. Very impressed with the vapor production and effect. The Haze hits smooth but you can feel it in your throat and lungs.

The Haze has come at a critical time for me, as I've been smoking a lot lately because my current lineup just wasn't cutting it for my needs. I've done 4 bowls in the Haze so far and have used a lot less herb and am way more medicated than from smoking or from vaping with the Focus Pro

Edit: Forgot to say that I used the Haze with a somewhat better quality of bud before posting and was nicely vaked :)

the best thing I've found for my haze is the Ed's tnt wooden wpa ( water pipe adapter)... I use it all the time now and have not used any other mouthpieces since getting it.. I got the 14 mm and the 18 mm for different sized bubblers

I gotta say I been on a shatter kick lately with my Haze. Skywalker OG to be exact. Love the veraailitily of this device. But doing shatter all the time surely makes the thing messy.
How much are you loading at a time and do you start at temp 3 or 4?
