There is a thread for real or no real...
I searched for 2 days using "Search" and never found the thread you speak of.
Perhaps giving the link to the page would be in order!
To stay within the rules of this thread (a picture MUST be present for every post)
Here is Patty in the Garden tending Zucchini, and ready to pick an Armenian Cucumber.
(mature enough... left alone this can become a yard long and not as edible)

Thanks, it's been hard work to be my garden niceish. Let alone grow stuff...
The lady before me didn't cut the grass or cut the hedge for over 10 years. While every local cat used it a shitter... hedge was infested with Ivey and 8ft wide...
I caught ringworm 3 times clearing that car crap...
And way it's taken me 3 years of hard work to get to where I am....
And this little fella eats everthing now..

Including my lovely lavender....

I'm interested in your species of lavender, if it can survive the UK...

I was reading on article on things to do to help prevent Alzheimers and:
BREATHE LAVENDER WHILE YOU SLEEP
Research shows that the scent of lavender serves as a mild sedative that can slow heart rate, drop blood pressure, and relax the body. In one study, people who sniffed lavender before bed slept more deeply and felt more refreshed in the morning. Sprinkle a few drops of pure lavender essential oil on a tissue to tuck under your pillow.

So sniff some before bed at ......search and yee shall find:
  • Lavender: 100°C to 125°C (212°F to 257°F)

Happy fireworks day, Americans! We had ours on Saturday, and here's one of my pictures of it:

For anyone who wants to photograph fireworks, here are my tips:
  1. Use a tripod. If you have a remote shutter release, use it.
  2. Use manual settings: f16, ISO 100, 4 seconds exposure.
  3. Use manual focus set at infinity.
  4. Shoot continuously.

New rig set up, enjoying the flowerpot packed with Black Cherry Soda popcorn buds with my concentrate collection also ready to be enjoyed.
Soldering stand holds the hot head of the vape, a nice $5.39 solution to a dreadful problem.
Enjoy the holiday fellow vapers. Today is my last day as a single, childless man with little responsibility.....

I'm going to vape everything in sight

Pictures of The Great Red Spot on Jupiter just imaged by JunoCam . . .

Jupiter's Great Red Spot is 1.3 times as wide as Earth. Juno reached perijove (the point at which an orbit comes closest to Jupiter's center) on July 10 at 6:55 p.m. PDT (9:55 p.m. EDT). At the time of perijove, Juno was about 2,200 miles (3,500 kilometers) above the planet's cloud tops. Eleven minutes and 33 seconds later, Juno had covered another 24,713 miles (39,771 kilometers), and was passing directly above the coiling, crimson cloud tops of the Great Red Spot. The spacecraft passed about 5,600 miles (9,000 kilometers) above the clouds of this iconic feature.
