Hi Friends,

Let's continue thread here. I'll have an official thread for my other creations but wanted this to happen in the DIY space. Seems more appropriate.

For those who aren't in the know yet. We've been back and forth with design ideas for the Supreme V3 glass stems with a 14mm gong. This is where the project started.

I will have a round of beta testing before this is available for the public.

at first i had a little rrstriction due to the screen which is titanium instead of the paperclip type so this one has holes and at first i got faster hits from the og..now i only use the titanium..just a much easier operation..dont have to mess with the silicone seals..its a sealed 18mm connection .

Hey Friends. I just put about a dozen in the kiln. That's just forming the gong. Next day saw and polish off the ends then kiln. Dimple then kiln again. Final day cut stem to size and final soak in the kiln. Such a little piece but will be kilned 4x ... should add a little more stability.

I think I need one of these. Do you think it could be made with a double (or triple) pinch to secure a screen for ground herb?

Great idea! Hope it will be ready until mid of June? My US courier, who brings me US stuff along to G. will be in the US end of June again. Would be glad if the glass would be available up to then!
Would be nice if you'll develope a concentration chamber too!

Well I just saw this thread. I am hopeful you can also make this in an 18mm. I most certainly would like to order one asap. Hot dog!!

Sure it will work with Pete's glass bowl?

I just put together an order to DDave - up to now only the VapCap mod - for my June courier delivery to Germany. Would order one of this pieces too if it should really work!?

Hmmm, good question. But I don't know how I feel about directly copying someone else's work.

I'll need to probably design a variation that doesn't directly copy. You all ok with that huge chamber before the main connection to the SV? The connection is usually 13mm in diameter. The rest looks like 13mm with a stem like at 10-12mm. It would have to be adapted to the SV's specs. This one is a bit more involved. The screens most likely will have to be imported (dhgate). If it's sourced in the U.S. it's a significant price increase for the screens like $8-10 or so each (usd). If anyone can find a US manufacturer with reasonable prices let me know.

@Hogni i don't know if it will work with my current design. I'll probably need to study it and adapt my current model. But do let us know if DDave's fit the SV.

I suppose not. I didn't look at it carefully enough and just thought the one male end was 14mm that went into the 18mm female, but I now see that the 14mm male is custom, so yeah Pete would have to do the entire thing custom, and then there is the issue of copying. So, I guess Pete may have more projects in the future! :tup:

I'd be down with an 18mm as well, but beggers can't be choosers and Pete already explained the rationale on why.
