You're selling some Grasshopper battery at the moment, is it the GHB2 battery (the new batch)?

We're looking into the possibility of stocking StickyBrick products, I will notify you if I have news on this!

The Grasshopper Battery is indeed the latest GHB2 battery. They sell fast, so I'd recommend to get yours while we have 'em!

I'm little bit bummed the way vaposhop.com has been handling my order. I placed an order for PAX2+accessories on 22/12 and I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. I replied immediately that I don't want to wait for the item, but my order still has not been shipped and I am still waiting reply for my messages..

That's very unusual... I've been in touch with them many times and recently before Christmas for a replacement... never had to wait more than a day. Let us know how it goes to end please.

Well it seems that my package has finally been shipped - Few days short of two weeks.

After my order had 'slipped through cracks' I received PM from very helpful Vaposhop Customer Support employee that my order will be 'sent out today' [Thursday 29th] - However it did not happen. I sent new message to them on Monday that my package has still not been sent as promised. I found out that this was because of "Myriad of mistakes" and one of my items has been sold out [Again!] and will be sent to me via backorder.

Promise to send the package that same day was made, but it took one additional day to that actually to happen. Finally today I received information that my package has been shipped.

I hope that the backorder will reach me without any additional problems.

I would like to highlight Vaposhop Customer Support agent was very helpful and did compensate my initial delay by adding Pax2 case in my order. However I am little disappointed by the numerous delays and problems with my order.

Someone could start to think that I'm somewhat affiliated with VapoShop... well I'm not. But I'm a european vaper so this is my Temple and I wish to report again about my experience.
I've purchased a Pax2 something like a year ago. After 9 months of daily use, the device presented a known (PaxLabs warranty covered) defect. So I've been in contact around Christmas with Miss S. for days, and she kindly and quickly answered to all my tedious questions. This defect can't be repaired and she proposed me a replacement. She prepared a return label for me, and all I've got to do was delivering the package to my post office. In less than 2 weeks my new Pax2 is now in arrive. I don't have experience with other companies... but THIS is Customer Service. :tup:

The Herborizer Ti is on order with the manufacturer, we're very excited about that. We're definitely also going to increase the VapCap assortment over the coming month(s), as more products are now available for us to order. We currently have a very small amount of OmniVaps in stock that will hit the website this week (I expect these will sell out fast, so if you're interested in grabbing one, send me a PM!)

Another great experience with Vaposhop. Bought a Torch for my brother, fast shipping, everything went just perfect, i even got some peppermint as gift! i must say i never vaped anything else than the usual but peppermint was nice! :-) Vaposhop has also done me another big favor: i lost my Alfa's charging cable... saw they didn't have it for sale so i wrote them. they were so nice to send me a cable from a returned unit FOR FREE. i am totally sold with vaposhop! :-)

I just wanted to mention the great customer service i got from this shop.
I placed two orders with them over the last month, both times i had problems with defective items (DOA grasshopper and deformed glass adapter).
Both times i had a working replacement in my hands within 2 days.
These guys really have a great customer service, and i would not hesitate to order from them again.

Kinda weird for a first post, but I have to agree that the CS of the VapoShop is second to none!

So good in fact, I keep coming back.

Sure, my initial email took a bit longer than I would have liked, and there was a mistake with my return, but they handled it so well, that I can't but give them props for their CS, coz I'm sure it takes work and energy.

The past 2 months were extremely busy, which left us struggling at time to keep up with email. We're increasing our staff to be able to respond within 1-3 business days again - thanks for bearing with us! (and for those reading along, you can always give us a call or message us on here, especially when it's urgent!)

Ive a question regarding Boundless products. I see you re an official partner with Boundless and its stated on your website that those products carry a 2 year warranty (granted by boundless i assume, they say it 3 year though). Iam from the EU and wanted to ask how warranty request will be handled: If i bought from your shop and suddenly something is wrong with the device within the 2 year period would i be able to send it back to you to take care of the defective device?

Hey korya, we are indeed an authorized reseller of Boundless products and offer a three year warranty on all models (this recently changed, it is possible not all our translations have been updated, I will look into this momentarily!). In case of defects, simply send us an email describing the issue. We can then send you a RMA form for easy returning and if necessary set you up with a replacement.

With recent Pax products (saw your post in Pax thread), there is only a USB cord supplied which is the same plug worldwide.

I estimate shipping to UK would be between 1-3 days, very quick IMO.

Thanks @VapoShop for getting my new Pax3 out so fast when I ordered recently!
