unbearably light in the being....
What's the point of the XL series? Just longer stem for cooler vapor?
I reckon different sized hands are more or less comfortable, depending: I could easily see an XL becoming my one-and-only, if only because the arthritis makes the smaller dimensions tricky to manipulate...

I too am out of the 'other vape' business: my first-ever experience was with (I now know) a Vapor Brothers - and honestly, I hated it: I never felt like i got a buzz of any kind off it - and if memory serves, my friend running the thing was dumping a ton of still-very-vapable material w/ every use (wish he was around for a tour of the VC!); I eventually followed up with an eLeaf iJust goo-tank...but never really took to it, for LOTS of reasons. My first VC was/is my OmniVap, I have added 2 Ms, and I'm about to order a new tip and cap so I can keep a tip in the vong....which will bring my total for the year close to $400US.

I'm frankly not even curious about other styles, although I'd have pounced on a Pax for $100 less a year ago, and was considering the Magic Lunchbox & a few others when I found myself in this thread... I'm sure there are quality companies making fantastic products and gathering enthusiastic audiences. I wish them well, and maybe all this will change someday, but I'm good for now.

Where are you UK/European vapcap-ers sourcing your VapCaps from? I've been intrigued for a while and to add an M to my humble arsenal seems like a no brainer! Finding one in the UK however, isn't that easy and postage/customs on a US package just makes it a little less attractive.

I ordered from vaposhop.com, just to be safe.
Paid 70€ for: the "M", a fat mouthpiece, lighter, first quality "Black Leaf" butane, an extra storage tube and a box of 25 pipe cleaners. Free shipping and they threw in a herb package of some lavender and peppermint.

All considered, for the peace of mind of not having to worry about customs, and the super fast shipping (ordered Saturday night, arrived today - Wedsnesday - at my place in Brussels at noon), I'm pretty satisfied.

I see it's out of stock now though!

Cappers,

What is the differences between 3rd and 4th gen TI tips performance wise? I feel like theres no difference in my Steel tip on my M from my TI tip except the steel seems to take a little longer on initial heat up and quicker for the cool downs. My M blows CLOUDS though with the steel tip. Need some more testing with the TI tip on the M.

Hello everyone! Firts of all: I'm pretty pleased about this product!
Concerning Customs i'm not sure if there are no customs charges on parcels from us/dynavap to the EU...
Firstly i bought a Ti Woddy-S BW from "verdampftnochmal" (free inner-EU shipping)...currently they have VapCap and two Ti Models on Stock.. When i came across this thread and the 4/20 Sale i wanted to place a bigger order from dynavap till i realised that according to customs law in my country, i have to pay 19% import tunover tax for goods up to 150€ (they charge the 13$ shipping costs to it :disgust:). Above 150€ you first pay about 7% customs tariff (varied depending on kind of goods) and then on this value another import turnover tax 19%. So for orders about 151€ up to 40€ customs. I've made this experience already ordering 2x from Switzerland to EU.
But ok i'm happy anyway... i restricted myself and ordered the 'M' with a bunch of Parts :D:haw:

How long does it take for your VapCaps to click? My M takes right about 18 seconds and my Omnivap around 15. Also, what kind of torch do you use? I use a single flame torch.

I was wondering what you all use as "tools" to adjust, disassemble, and remove things on your dynavap devices.
Primarily, for adjusting and removing the CCD. I tried using the condenser from my Woody to move the Ti CCD but it keeps setting crooked and bending. And it's a pretty tight fit for the condenser through the back end of the tip.
I really like the modularity of the devices and the idea the the "tools" are built in. I'm just having trouble with the CCD.
Any hints on adjusting this, or any other fun tips?

I've moved back to SS CCD after getting frustrated with the Ti CCD bending, and thus making the adjust-a-bowl feature not really possible. The SS CCD have spring and flex to them and can be inserted with a pin via the center hole. It has made changing out my filter pack so much easier since I changed over.

Thanks, @Winegums! I have a set of SS CCD's on order.
Are you pulling the CCD through the tip via the head of the pin?

In case you, or others haven't seen this:
I haven't tried this yet as I am just getting extra CCDs. I am going to look for something wider than the standard condenser like the omni one.

No, I'm pushing. The longer the taper on the pin the better, I use a medium size sewing needle. It should wedge itself onto the CCD center hole and allow you to "steer" the screen into the groove. It should look slightly cupped like a satellite dish when in place.

I bought a Vertigo triple torch lighter from Dynavap doesn't accept butane anymore. Anyone else have this problem? I'll try and get a replacement.

Also, looks like OmniVap Titanium is sold out!
Try a different butane can. Samething happen to me last week with one can not able to fill but the second one did. Go figure !

So I have the OG vapcap and now the 'M'. Honestly I have no reason to get another one but the current sale is tempting :)

Question: Should I get an omni, nano, XLS or Ti-woody-s ? What's the main difference between the different vapcaps besides the apparent design and material differences?

Air flow, taste, vapor quality are the same across the board ?

I got an M during launch promotion. I'm trying really hard to avoid the sale, I haven't even gone to the site to look cause.. well..must..avoid..VAS..

All Ti models are basically the same in all vapor-production aspects. The Omni adds convenient air flow adjustments but uses the same Ti tip as other Ti models.

I find the M to be very close to the Ti models, same great vapor quality and taste. I do however find the air flow through the tip/cap a little tighter on the M than the Ti tips. Not a bad thing as such, just a bit tighter. the M is 95% the same vape, at 50% of the price. You don't NEED another vapcap, but if you have it I'm sure you'll love it and use it, so if you want one - get one.

Well it didnt take long for me to get back to complaints!

I ordered on the 15th and recieved an email confirmation with my order details, no mention of anything being out of stock!

Then on the 18th i decided to add to the order, i added a nonavong and recieved another email confirmation this time saying the omni and zircote stash were out of stock.

So i emailed to ask if my order was going to come from the initial stock (which it should, because the confirmation mentioned nothing about anything being out of stock) or from new stock.

Arielle replied "we will have new stock in two - three weeks".

Well great, but didnt answer my question did it?

So i sent another email to ask for clarity and now 36 hours since Arrielles email, 5 days after making the order, i still dont know when my items will be shipped!

I ordered these items on the back of the great custromer service i recieved last time, i feel like im getting the exact opposite this time!

Took the M camping by the lake yesterday... didn't use the fire to light it (don't want the soot) but it performed like a CHAMP with my 3 flame torch. I hope everyone has a hempy 4/20! :leaf:

I can see how using the TI ccds can get frustrating, but I don't really have that problem . When I reinstall mine , I hold the tip with my thumb and pointer finger . I insert the condenser into the back of the tip and hold it with my free fingers . This is to steady the ccd . Then I use a pen with the guts taken out to push from the bowl end. With a light pressure from the condenser on one side and the pen pushing from the other , I mange to get the screen in whatever position I want with ease .

Wow , sorry to hear this . I'm sure everything will be made right in the end. As you said you are going off the great customer service you received before , so you know how Dynavap operates . I think they will get you sorted out properly:tup:

Beautiful picture! I've always loved that pen clip mod. For some reason I picture you as this really cool IT professional with his VapCap in his shirt pocket, sneaking hits in server rooms. Or maybe you're a rugged outdoorsman whose collection of pocket knives rivals his collection of VapCaps.

Either way, rock on!

Are there any particular pen clips that have proven to hold well? Would love to add some stealth to my future Ti Omni.
