You know if mine wasn't in for a RMA I could see myself pulling the trigger on it.
So back to the Battery discussion. Anyone want to buy any batteries? LOL
Since I have a drawer full that none of them are going to be fully compatible with with my IQ when I get it back. Oh wait a minute, that's what I can spend money on, new real batteries.

When using the davinci external dual battery charger with stock batteries do the red lights turn green when they are fully charged i currently don't have the wall adaptor and i'm not sure if i can use an iPhone square so used my laptop it's been four hours with 2 batteries charging the lights are still red i took both batteries out and popped them in the iq to charge and they both say they are full. I'm a bit confused info from someone with the Davinci brand external charger would be greatly appreciated.

Wait I thought it was better to use a different battery such as LG HG2... Why are people acting like they need to throw batteries away if it is not 3500mah LOL

@ToxicVape How hot does your unit get using a 20amp battery?

@Nostalgia1 500 mAH is not a big deal, is more the amperage of the battery. I've been using a 15 amp battery for a week and the IQ has ran much cooler with more sessions per charge.

Ok boys didn't mean to start a revolution! Got to say though I have a # of batteries that have performed, 2 of them you can't even tell what the heck they are. Still waiting for my re-wraps. Ordered 4 of Davinci's recommended ones from IMR last night. Ya I know what spend the money. This will just be my 5th unit, am I fucking tired. I want no more damn excuses. I want to get my unit, working and be happy, to much to ask?

It's a Davinci corporate excuse now, from now on any power issues we have that will be the first thing they fall back on is "what battery are you using?"

Shipping is also a lot cheaper...
Went with standard shipping, must be by damn horseback, still haven't received, my double special re-wraps yet.
The same battery goes for $7 at IMR battery
Exactly just about the same reason were trying to find everything else somewhere else, cheaper.

In all seriousness I'm about to get my iq tomorrow and want to get a couple spare batteries! My vape shop has some LG HG2 in stock! These should be good yeah?

I recently purchased a pair of 30q's and they work just as good while maintaining the unit a lot cooler, highly suggested.

I ordered mine per ur suggestion, should arrive today. I'll report any differences versus the 5 I am currently using...

Has anyone checked the IQ with a temp reader to see how accurate it is and how much it drops between hits?

Someone actually had brought that up earlier. I think I have really weak lungs. I know I have COPD and vape at low temps but didn't see the temp drop at all while I was looking at the app while using the IQ.

So guys, got my EFEST re-wraps in the mail today and as promised I was going to take a pic to show everyone what they were. Only problem, nothing to see, all silver. So does that mean that EFEST are producing there own?

In case anyone was wondering, the most perfect IQ packing tool I've been able to find has been my VapCap.

These two vaporizers are perfect counterparts to each other and after I found out that I can pack the IQ with my VapCap they've been inseparable.

It's a perfect fit, I just put a pinch of herb in the IQ oven then use the VapCap tip to press down the load, firmly but gently.

It gives a perfect pack every time (Sometimes I even get impatient and use the VapCap while my IQ is heating up) :brow:

Wow that was fast for standard shipping, let us know how well the EFEST batteries perform.

guess we share the same thinking, IQ was my first vape and the ti blackwoody I picked up a few days after. Had to get a dependable backup back when my first IQ wasn't performing, couldn't pass up how beautiful and elegant the pair is

I purchased my IQ 2/10/17. I don't remember exactly when I got it, but it didn't seem like more than like 4 business days later. I also bought another popular vape that was more expensive. That vape stays in its box mostly. My IQ has performed so well, and I couldn't be happier with it. I keep a steady rotation of batteries, and it keeps on, keepin on. I sympathize with everyone who hasn't had an experience like mine. At some point mine will die for sure. Until then though, I really like how it rips :2c::clap:;).

@ other owners who are still on their first one, just wondering how long you guys have been going? I know there are still a few posters here that have been here since the beginning of this thread. Id like to hear a progress report from you guys. Thank you for all your input, its greatly appreciated!
