I run mine at 580. The flower doesnt start to vaporize until you cap it. Flavor city and you can cache out the entire bowl if your lungs are up to it.
I am going to give it a try , ty . As you can see in my video at 650F i start to get vapor instantly without having to cap it but capping it really helps milk it up , definitely can cache it all in one hit but it will be a killer. lol

Thanks for all the tips on how you use your FlowerPot!
The temp is also a great starter point as well!

I love doing bong snap type hits, left overs from a misspent youth, so small loads with one big tasty cloud! With the Errlectric i need to be at 840 for this to happen and then the flavor goes out the door.
It's flawless at low temps but i miss that white vapor!
If the FP can pull this off, then it will be a clear choice.

Love the videos and your set up!

Received shipping notification today!!!

Why not? Same as every nail setup. If your coil heater works with your nailcontroller it will also work with the FP. It's just a coil heated part.

EDIT: The NV site is working again overseas - at least I get access again!
Started a request for a 420 Sale.

I still dont know what to buy!?

Herborizer Ti? NV FP? Both?

FP Pros:
- durable cause all made of Ti
- nice design cause of hemp wraps
- guess the enail function of the NV is working better than that of the Herb Ti

FP Cons:
- lack in flavour cause all of Ti instead boro?
- coil heater - for me cartridge heater have more appeal

BTW the vortex of the D-Nail Lotus FA seems to be very interesting. But it has a coil heater too and it's much to expensive IMO (although current discount makes it 20% cheaper than regular)

Np man , i look forward to hearing your results. I think you should be more than happy. I think you will achieve that white vapor , using a small load at low temps by capping the head mid hit. I would definitely start at a bit higher of a temp just to get a feel for it 1st than drop down. I can def. say 840 F will not be needed.
The more posts I see about the flowerpot the more interested I am. Is it unrealistic to use a cheap Chinese E- nail setup to power it??
A cheap chinese enail will work fine , no need for a higher priced nail. Newvape actually sells a Enail for $85 and i suspect it is basically the same as most chinese enails , maybe even is one with there logo on it. That is the beauty of this setup , you do not need to spend allot to get it going and it outperforms imo most vapes on the market , plus you get the ability to use flowers and concentrate , if i would have found this sooner i probably wouldn't own so many other vapes although Vas always gets me.

Hogni i think you'd be quite surprised by the flavor , i don't feel the titanium is tarnishing it much at all. My Evo basically for the most part has a all glass vapor path besides the Elb that i load up and my flowerpot has beat it out on flavor. Also if there is no 4/20 sale , do a search , i believe there is a nice coupon code floating around someplace , maybe even has been posted on this thread. I see they already dropped the prices on a few pieces to complete the setup that i had originally paid more for , but it was worth the og price to me anyway.

The only promo I could find was a 5% on vape critic, the page actually glitched the other day and I got an affiliate discount of 20$ but didn't buy and when I went back to purchase yesterday it was gone so I was a bit upset. If you end up finding a better one please let me know.

D nail lotus is on my radar... But I'm planning on picking up a SiC Halo first. I really like the Herborizer Ti but I'm using more concentrate than flower these days and dabbing on Ti is just a step back compared to other options. I wish he could implement another dab surface. For somebody that uses more flower than concentrate its probably a great unit.

Look's pretty cool , interested to hear how it works compared to similar vapes. To bad it does not do flowers and concentrate at the same time with that same head. Good thing about the flowerpot is you are not limited to strictly dabbing off titanium , they have come out with a quartz adapter now. I am also sure if one wanted they may be able to purchase the Dnail lotus bowl and try using it with the flowerpots head although from my experience i don't see how much more the taste of the vapor that the flowerpot provides can be improved upon , it extracts so quickly even if my flowers are sitting in a titanium bowl that the taste is just amazing. The Dnail kinda looks like Sublimator copy only its missing allot of the features the sub provides. Oh and i am also almost sure a saphire halo would work on the flowerpots head as it seems like they used a universal size. To be honest after looking over Dnails site it seems they are ripping people off with there Enail pricing , most of the same units can be had for less than half the price they charge else-wear. @xlxaxelxx no problem man , not sure if you should wait or not to be honest , i have not heard of any sales for 4/20 but it is always possibly , its your call.

ill give it to the end of the day incase Hogni hears back from them, if not I'm going to purchase it today. Thanks again.

Seems like when I ordered mine I managed to find a 15% off coupon but it took some digging. Maybe try Wikibuys on that site? I think it will try all the codes it can dig up.

Heyhooo, Happy Easter,

Happy Easter , last night I had a buddy come by to try out the flower pot. He is a big time dabber and very serious about it and picky when it comes to nails. He will not use titanium and rarely uses flowers much anymore. He has a pretty high end enail and custom 30mm quartz or sapphire setup and coil. So he brought over a bunch of different live resins from Cali he gets prepackaged and I provided the flower. I was surprised and so was he , he loved the setup and is now planning on ordering . The only negative he could come up with was the typical that of dabbing out of the same piece taking flower hits out of it can somewhat tarnish the taste and make the flowers overpower it, although we were both pretty toasted from the 3hr long session and concluded just to use multiple pieces for different needs if available .

Damn, why did I have to see this thread so close to 4/20?! I thought I had my VAS under wraps! I really like the design of the Flowerpot.. I don't do concentrates that often, but I think that might be because I'm still using a torch/atomizers.

I've never even used an Enail before actually! But I think the Flowerpot would be a great place for me to start. Even if I find an enail isn't for me, I still have a vaping tool; and I feel like it's priced really fairly. Some of the other brands don't have very affordable entry options, especially for someone who's not sure they'll like an enail at all. I know there are some excellent recommendations for building your own starter kits, but I'd prefer to purchase the whole thing from the same place for my first product.

Hey guys, I'm unfamiliar with enails and in Canada so would like to minimize the extra cost of the exchange rate, duty, and taxes. Can i get the quartz dish and nut top piece and body/bowl, and buy everything else locally? Is the handle necessary to be able to lift the top piece off to clear a hit, like would I burn myself without it?

What's up with the flat coil bundle? Is a flat coil not as good as the standard one?

@Bunless You can use the Dish/Nut (or the all TI Head/Nut) and Body with every enail if you have a 16mm coil.

Just have a look at the New Vape Site where the Coil sits at the Flower Pot, a Flat Coil will not work.

I guess the Handle is nice to have, but you should be able to DIY something very easy, you could even just use pliers.

I was talking about https://www.newvape.com/flat-coi-quartz-enail-bundle but realize it's just an enail alone and not flowerpot. Are flat coils less effective because of reduced surface area in contact with the nail?

That's amazing....reminds me of my Supreme with the glass bowl....honey oil practically drips out of the tube after just a couple of grams. Sign of a great extraction IMO!
Which would you say has less draw resistance? I'm considering one or the other, possibly both. I've only used a ti nail once years ago and from what I can remember the draw resistance was a little annoying. I love quartz bangers. The different type of high and restriction is what I find unappealing about vaping in general. I pretty much bun herb and vape shatter. Used a sublimator and didn't like the restriction. Owned an eq, verdamper, plenty, mighty, and daisy (I know, these are among the least restrictive vapes). Sold them all except for the daisy, which I've barely used. From going through the supreme and flowerpot threads, it seems these are two of the hardest hitting vapes? I'd be happy just smoking but it's been 20 years of 1g-3g daily and it's taken it's toll on my lungs. So jealous of the grey haired guys on youtube taking huge bong rips and holding it like it's nothing. Likely end up using shatter exclusively when I find a steady, quality, well priced supply, maybe once Trudeau stops dragging his feet and really does legalize it next July.

You guys feel safe ordering now? I read about some peoples credit card's being compromised after they ordered. Makes me a little weary even though the problem's supposed to be fixed. Was just a few weeks ago.

... and #fuckprojectgator and fuck project claudia and fuck bill blair and fuck the cannabis Canada association and fuck the politicians and ex police officers who've heavily invested in the lp scene and want it all for themselves

It s not about better / worse Coils, they just have to fit the Nail they should Heat. The Flowerpot needs aCoil which is wrapped around the Head (so no Flat Coil) and the Head is so narrow, that bigger then 16mm would not have enough contact.

If you want to buy the Flower Pot, definetly do it on 4/20 and take advantage of their Sale!!! Code 420 - 20% of!

That being said, when i read which Vapes you already used, i could well be that Vaping is just not for you and i don t know if i think the Flowerpot would change this, especially as you already tried a Sub.

If you buy the Flowerpot with 20% off, resale Value will be pretty good...

Good luck!

Is the draw resistance about the same on the sublimator and flowerpot? Do all ti nails have about the same draw resistance? I'll probably try one out today.

Would the flowerpot work for dabs and flower with just a torch to heat up?

Just put in my order for the quartz flower pot heating head + accessories.

I currently have a sublimator Apollo + adapt a nail so I will be doing a comparison on both vapes after about a month of use on the flower pot.

Also, quick question to other flower pot buyers..

Is there a difference in performance for the quartz vs titanium heating head, also does the lollicap help with dry herbs or is it strictly for dabs only?

Awesome , congrats man. The quartz and titanium are very similar. You will however get a better taste dabbing out of the quartz vs titanium. Heat wise they both work well and i have not noticed much of a difference. I say grab both but if you had to choose one quartz for flavor. The Lollicap does actually help with dry herbs , when you start your draw using flowers and start to see some vapor forming in your glass , you would cap it with the lollicap for more heat retention just like a dab using concentrates and you will get a ton more vapor and a huge rip. I highly recommend it or a carb cap that will fit. It's not a must but almost is if you want powerful milky hits imo .

Draw resistance is always a bit different, but most TI Nails have a quite open Airflow. I guess the Sub has more resistance because of the Atomizer, which has a very narrow Airpath. Just a guess, have not tried it.

VERY interested in this Comparison, you should Vape more to be able to do it quicker  - waiting one full Month is just not an Option

The Sublimator has draw resistance? I thought it was pretty dang open airflow! My a fine grind with too much loaded could cause it, but i've felt it's as open as most other open vapes. With that said, I have my eye on this one still, but going with the Herborizer Ti to feed my VAS next.

Can someone convince me that this is far superior to a Sublimator? Seems somewhat similar.
