A vape with the power to punch you in the face like a bong?

Hi friends.

I've been vaping for a while now but recently smoked some bong for a few days and learned some stuff.

1. I like vaporizers better, but bongs are easier and quicker

I can take 2 hits from a bong and be good to go. Thats quick and convenient, load bowl, light, hit, exhale. I can do similar things with a vaporizer but where things differ is in the effects. 2 hits from a bong and 2 hits from my vape are 2 very different hits. With my vape I feel like to get high I have to suck on my device for a while, and that gets annoying after a while. Right now I have the ESV 2.0 which is a quick unit, no buttons no heat up time.

but it's slow.

It's slow because although I can get a hit in 8 seconds I need many of those hits to feel what I want to feel. so it becomes not all that quick.

What I'm asking is this, what vaporizer would you recommend that I can get a few massively powerful hits from and be done, and be satisfied with the effects I'm feeling? I'm tired of sucking devices forever to get high, I want to think about getting high, load my vape, take a few hits and be high all within a few minuets, like the time it would take to smoke a bong.

Thanks yall, I have an idea of what might get recommended but I'm interested to see what you've got say.

I, of course, will recommend the VapeXhale Cloud EVO for this job. Easily pairs with your glass and tasty hits that devastate. Now the EVO does need a few minutes to heat up however once heated it is what you are looking for. You can use an outlet timer to keep it on 24/7 but this will void your warranty. I ran my EVO for well over a year straight and it sustained no damage.

Also, until you stop smoking and clean out your system the vape won't hit you as well as it can, imho.

Ever rip a Boundless CFX? First draw is kinda slow and flavorful, but that second/third rip is pretty intense for a portable vape (yes there are tons of desktops out there that rip, but not too many portables under $200 which can produce a massive cloud, and a big enough oven to share with a friend)

Almost there...
Supreme 3 can milk a bong like crazy! Heat up time is around 90 seconds depending on your torch but that one hit is almost like a dab of flowers!

had to add this quick video i took a while ago!
Small nug, maybe 0,1 or less. Total extracation in one delicious hit.
Nug crumbles to dust afterwards.

This thread may be of use:

And another + for the Supreme 3. I was an old school bong ripper and quit that 10 years ago, so I appreciate and understand what you're looking for. It only took me 10 years, but I finally found what can replicate the experience for me the best, out of dozens of vapes including all the big boys (like @lazylathe !)

It really is like flower dabbing, and you don't even need to grind! But if you want the closest experience, i'd grind. Way more powerful than the EVO or Mighty IMHO.

Thanks guys. the supreme I'm sure is the most powerful as the thread and many of you seem to be saying. but it's not quick or really very portable. sure looks fun though.

I'm telling you dude, the Mighty hits like a sledgehammer, ask anyone who has used one. If you want a portable butane experience I would look at DynaVap.

I bet it is. For some reason though I feel like S&B are going to release something new this year and I'm thinking about waiting for such a thing. Also an on demand unit is more important to me than a session vape right now. down the line I want to own a few units but right I can really only afford to have 1 at a time.

Edit: Dynavap is the one I have been thinking about just want to know if 1 pack is effective enough.

I have a decent enough tolerance and 1 pack of good herbs definitely has noticeable effects. It may not "fully satisfy me" sometimes, but I like to get decently baked. I wouldn't be complaining about lack of effects from 1 pack though...

Keep in mind that 1 pack is probably 3 or so heat cycles. Depending on your material.

If you are thinking of getting a dynavap you might want to check out the new M from them which is on sale this weekend- and which seems to be shipping within a few hours of ordering.
And the dynastash will hold it plus a small amount of herb. Also on sale.

The hit you get is dependent on several things. First - how much herb is loaded in the bowl? Second what is the temp you are vaping at? The bigger the bowl, the more material that's in it, and the hotter the temp used - all these factors will determine how big a rip of cannabinoids you get with one hit. The bigger, the more, and the hotter you go, the quicker the extraction of cannabinoids per hit.

I can get my Supreme up to temp in less than a minute, it's super portable, but not after you've heated it up!:)

My only other suggestion, although i'm hesitant due to my horrible experiences with reliability and consistent performance, would be the Grasshopper.

I wouldn't hold your breathe for something from S&B, IMO.

What vapes are you currently using?

I have a xls vapcap ti woody, and I pack about the same amount into it as I do in an arizer solo stem. The vapcap seems to hit harder though, and have a more stoney feeling. Possibly since the vapcap is almost all conduction vs solo which is a combo convection and conduction?

S&B takes years to do anything. Look at the Volcano for instance and how long it took for Crafty and Mighty to emerge. I would definitely expect at this time to see infrequent, incremental, improvements to the current model which has been S&B's strategy to this point.

Heating time is fast with this unit and the experience is worth the minute you will wait for temp. Also, this is a true travel vape, so convenient and clean to take to hotels and such. It really is a portable desktop vape.

I wouldn't count on that.

Knowing what I know about the industry right now and the fact that S&B rarely ever releases a new vaporizer. I'm actually betting on the fact that they WON'T be releasing a new vape anytime soon and I'm investing money to mass produce several of my most popular accessories for the Mighty (it is a very popular vape)

Have an Esv 2 used to have a solo for a while but got tiered of the long sessions.
