@Ed's TnT Heya Ed, just wanted to say I've been following along every few weeks, I do smell a WS on my horizon! I even found my old stem I meant to send you awhile back, so maybe I can re purpose it for a WS down the line! Birthday is coming up and this seems like a good gift :)

Everyone needs to complain bout something ya know? Gripes make the world go round ;) don't let it get to ya - FWIW I haven't seen really any negative stuff said either.

These are really pretty logs, I love everyones so far I've seen, especially CK"s Thuya Burl , and those flaming Box Elder blanks

CONGRATS so much on the engagement and hope you and the kids are all doing well - you deserve this success and happiness my friend!

Hey Ed, as CarolKing says, don't listen to the negative (when it doesn't bring something positive).
I know and you know, and when I read at FC, I can say PEOPLE know you have done a very good log vape.
Of course, it cannot please to everyone BUT, i'm sure we will find a lot of people happy with the WS! :)

Just a quick comment on my experience. I love my woodscent and so far have only tried it with wood. This may not be an issue with the glass. I have COPD and have difficulty with vapes that have any draw resistance. The wood stems that came with it don't work for me because of that. I need a hole in the stem. Fortunately, I have quite a few vapcaps and they all have holes so that I'm using them with my woodscent and it works great.

So I got this glass piece (I'm not exactly sure what you call it) from grasscity a few months ago and look, it has "WS" right on it! It pairs with a j-hook and the wong fits wight in!!!

I've also been keeping my eye on your progress man and you're putting out some beautiful stuff.

Don't let anyone get you down and keep doing what you're doing and what makes you happy.

I like all the positivity you spread and your updates on your kids etc (congrats on the engagement by the way!) so don't let anyone's silly WORDS get you down. Look at what you're doing man! This is some sweet stuff!! You won't be able to please everyone and will go insane trying, so cut yourself some slack!

I can understand someone not being 100% satisfied with a product and being disappointed with that... But I think anyone who's upset with the successful launch of the WS itself is focusing way too much on the :2c:/:argh: and not nearly enough on the fact that a kind, respected and talented member of our community has found a way to support his family while following his dreams.

There's enough room in the world for another log vape.

And, after all, variety is the spice of life!

Ed, fuck them all off!

I am not in the measure to make an order yet.
I have already 3 logs and your one will be the 4th sometimes in the future for sure!

I love what I hear about shorter pre heat time, I guess all the titanium you put in there is not only for safety and class

about power supply: 3A is the best? 2A isn't enough?

@Ed's TnT , going by my usually good gut feelings and intuition, I would say it is a case of jealousy. You exube a charm and joy about life, you seem to have a lot of good things going for you, you wear it all on your sleeve.
And they can sense that you may be open to emotional attack, hence the parasites strike!

Well damn them, they are the weak ones who get off on trying to make you unhappy. So simply dont let them. See it for that, and just be proud to be who you are and achieving what you are in life.

Take back that power and dont look back!

So i got the WS on Monday and it has been the only vape I have used since i got it. This to me, speaks volumes.

This has happened with other vapes before, when i first got my Cloud, Evo, and Zion i went weeks and weeks even months only using one vape. Amoung others.

But when i got other vapes recently i still like such as the Grasshopper Supreme 3 or Vapolution 3 i was using other vapes within less than 24hrs. Good vapes but not a daily driver IMO.

The WS is certainly capable of being a daily driver for me. And one that gets it done with minimal herb. It isn't perfect, and some minor improvements in both stem systems could still elevate it further, but as is this is an excellent vape. When considering this as a plug in package that combines an easy to use high functioning vaporizer with a very discreet and almost artsy beautiful vape it is very nice..much appeal.

Edit. PS...not my best written post after multiple (many) glasses of bourbon and some WS stems. But hopefully you get my points above. Happy Friday night everyone. TGIF

I 've found my sweet spot.
I like the wong in my j-hook (I'm sorry but somehow that just sounds wrong) with the WS running about 8 and I plant the log on the tip and puff away. Elementary!
It's pleasant, relaxing and a nice complement to others in my collection.

I'm interested in buying a VapeCap that will fit the Woodscents. I've been wondering about the VC but don't like using a lighter. @Ed's TnT which one would work the best?

You're probably are out having fun - you need that! Glad everything is going well in your life. Been using just the WS for the most part over a week. I'm loving it.

Ed is going to add a carb hole to my stems. (Hard to find better customer service.) Just wondering if I'm the only one who needs the carb hole to increase air flow.

I think an older log vape that's no longer produced once offered an optional glass stem with a carb hole. Ran across one recently when I was cleaning. So I'd say others have expressed this in the past.

Having tried both, I prefer no hole. But I can understand why some may want it.

If you experience some draw restriction, stirring the load breaks up the cannabis because it will stick together when hot. I use the improved version of the Solo and it has a slight draw restriction. I personally don't like too airy of a draw. The draw with the WS works for me. Using too much cannabis in the herb chamber can cause too tight of a draw, just like with the nano. The cannabis will pack after inserting the stem and not enough airflow gets through your flowers.

Thank you sir, I appreciate ya! My guy at 420vapezone, got a piece of glass from me a ways back, I mentioned the WS to him and he was very interested, even bought one saying he had no log review content. Got it to him after a bump or so and got an email from him last week saying he had two arrivals that day, one where the WS arrived and the other was him arriving on the moon! He is going to do a full review with his HD camera and get that out soon enough, I feel he will cover all the bases and as soon as I have some info for it I will pass it along. Do let me know when you wanna make something happen and get with me and I will get you right. Thanks again chief and be safe!

@Melting Pot Nice one, I know you are my heavy, am sure you still got some ass kickings in ya and need to get a few out here or there, be a good way to make a day right!

And I am STILL on the moon my man!
I am LOVING the WS. I'm amazed at how little material I can use.
I have the glass stem set up for bigger sessions and more material.
The long wooden stem set up for daily microdosing (with shatter AND dry herb, boom)

I absolutely love the wood choice and the slight flavor undertone the wooden stem has.
I think I'm going to get some more stems in different woods so I can compare.

All the stems fit so it's a matter of picking the design you like- a wong or any style. I haven't tried my omni yet.
Dynavap just released an inexpensive vapcap this weekend. That's the only one that may not work. Mine should be coming in a couple of days so I can see if it works. If it does, it would be a great one to try with the woodscent.

Hello everyone and good morning, so I had a great weekend, my girl came up Friday evening, I found out the local store started cooking crawfish on Fridays evenings now as well as saturday mornings, boys and I got 10lbs

oJOGAhh.jpg

My girl doesnt do crawfish, no sweat more for us! Geez they were super spicy just the taters and the corn made your mouth burn and forehead sweat, love em when they are like this, suck the heads eat the tails lol!

My oldest and youngest had shooting sports competition early saturday morning. We had a 2 hour drive south to Paulding, yeah was a first for us, I have been alot of places here but never to Paulding. Was a lot of kids there from all over, we were there for 6 hours getting all our shoots in, boys did great and had a blast literally! Sucks though, it was so far out in the country they had a generator for power and logging scores to show winners, somehow the generator fried the printer so had to put off the winners for a week or so to be sent to our county and then be posted.

@Reflections I know you will appreciate this, both my boys did good, I must admit, there was some great shooters there, totally drilling the bullseye, saw a senior girl that destroyed the target with her browning .22 with red dot scope, wow was very neat seeing all the other competitors, really lets ya know what you need and how you gotta improve but overall had a great time. The sun came out got almost 90 degrees, even got some sunburn. We left there and I gotta be honest I like antiquing, we stopped at a flea market, was nicer one I hadnt seen one this nice before. I like junk, this one was very nice, had neat stuff and really nice clothing for women. I got some neat duck type stuff and even a really cool African wood mask, its about 20"H x 12"W yall know how I dig wood.

0Y0TCQn.jpg

My girl got a really nice outfit that looks hot on her rrrrr! Grabbed a snow cone each before we left and headed north bound for home! Has been a great weekend, got some bad weather rolling in, one model showed we may get 8" of rain, just had a ton of rain not sure where we will put all this. Tornado watches are posting up for the night ahead, just that time of year is all.

I got out a butt load of Arizer stuff, so happy to have it all out of the way including a few WoodScents packages headed out to Canada as well as Brazil to dealers there. my dealers are very excited to get get logs there in there stores to offer to their customers as am I to get logs out to places that arent familiar with these type vapes. This is the start yall, WS logs are going global!!! I didnt get any WS stuff done as I had hoped for retail but have cleared the backlog and will get started on WS retail stuff in the am rocking and rolling, am going to do my best to get 30 done and ready to go, will let you all know when they are ready to roll out again. The launch didnt go without bumps along the way, I have learned alot from the roll out and am better prepared for the next batch and future pieces. I appreciate you alls cooperation and not freaking out on me for the issues with it. I have found solid vendors for parts and supplies that will be very integral for the future. Alot of people may think its just a piece of wood with a hole in it and how hard could it be, I assure you all there is so much more to it than that, just making this happen has been a big big learning lesson and one I will not forget nor take for granted.

I did some intense testing the last few days, I ran the WS at a continuous 650 degrees for 50 straight hours, the outside body got warm, not hot, warm to the touch bout not hot. I wanted to test it at exceedingly high temps for an extended period of time in the Cherry model. I tore it apart and was glad to see not surprised there was absolutely no degradation nor deterioration to the high temp oring that sits below the Ti base so it floats nor anywhere in the WS upper cavity at all. There was a slight discoloration where the mounting screws went through the base into the bottom wall, very slight to say the least. I put a high temp K type probe in the WS logo cutout within the Ti base and after several hours of extreme heat the probe only reached 250 degrees, this means there is very I mean very slight heat transfer from metal to wood ensuring the WS longevity at extreme temps. Keep in mind I do not recommend leaving the WS running at its highest setting for more than a session or two, once you have done your deed simply dial it back a bit to 4 or 5 on your dial. There is really no need to leave it on for extended periods or even for lengthy adjustment times, it quickly will reach and attain those high temps in no time at all. I am extremely pleased with these findings and can not be happier with the results of these tests. This just proves the WoodScents is a true war horse, surely a Trojan Horse and even a wolf in sheep's clothing!

@CarolKing My lady I appreciate all your posts, been popping in here and there seeing the goings on! you are right there has been alot of thinking going into the WS over the years, from starting with a high temp heating lamp with closed in heating core housing, to open cavity to heater cartridge, there has been many changes along the way including the name from VaporBomb to WoodScents, it has come along way to where it is now with Titanium components as well as heavy hitter heater. With all the thinking that was alot not thought about and learned from forgetting to do so. I want to address this once, I was angry when I posted my last, what I know is what I know, what I do is as I have always done, its a love and passion that I feel and know inside, I do what I do cause thats who I am and why I do for all that I offer it too. I didnt think for a sec there would be any back stabbing or tearing me down but when others wallets are affected you start to see true colors. There arent any negatives here, smarter than that comments here were ripped off from here and posed as others at other places on the net to cast me and the WS in a crummy way and degrade myself and what I do. You and everyone else are spot on, I wont be able to make everyone happy and I knew that from the beginning. All I want is honesty, if I cant make ya happy by all means let me know and I will do my best to make you happy by any means necessary! In the end what goes around comes around and we will all get whats coming to us in the end that is certain! You are so right the WS gets really hot really fast, it only takes a little to medicate and get you where you need to be, Thats a great thing I have always liked about logs, a little goes a long way, conservation is preservation! So dig that pic, never heard of Gorilla Glue, not that I hear of much down here am super jealous. As far as VC options I am not sure exactly which tips will fit the WS but would say that all the newer versions will fit the WS and hoping @VapCap George will stop by and explain for you all which tips will fit. I know he just released a new model that should be a real winner, I am hoping it will fit as well and that he will let us all know for sure. You were right I have been with the boys and my girl, its almost spring/summer here so its go go go! Thanks again for all your posts and input, I appreciate you!

@HellsWindStaff Hey hey bro, been some time, I think I remember us speaking bout re-purposing that piece way back, I would be happy to do that for ya! Let me know when you wanna do something for your Bday, I will get ya fixed up for sure! You are right, everyone has an opinion, no matter what just like an asshole everyone has one lol and most often they stink! @CarolKing does have a show stopper no doubt, the flaming BE burl are in the same line, I am excited to work em in, not sure I will get to them just yet as I have a bunch already shaped up just needing a little work before they are ready for the big day. I appreciate the kind words, I cant say enough how my girl makes me a happy man. Just her soft sweet caring voice is enough to make the harshest heart soften, I have never been this close to a woman before in my life and appreciate the blessing she is, God is great my man!

@Aezhenn You know you are right and if the rest of you all dont know my man here is a hella woodsman himself, I have a few vape accessories left made by the man himself with alot more greatness to come! At my site I have some really nice VC storage tubes and great wooden vape stands, get over and have a look.
