My 3 different size of capsules. The left one just has multiple screens in to take up the room in the bottom - holds about 0.15. Middle and right just have liquid pads in the bottom then a screen on top to stop abv working into them. Middle one holds 0.07-0.1 and one of the right takes 0.05-0.07 depending on the grind and pack. Only ever fill a whole capsule when there is more than 3 of us.

I have been using the Easy Flow adaptor daily and i love it! I actually pack the end of the adapter too and get around 30% more material in than if i only filled the mighty.
Just make sure you don't over tighten them and you should be fine.
I just received the Sneaky Pete version of this adapter and have been thoroughly enjoying it, too.

About to order a Mighty from vapornation (I have an $100 credit there) What other accessories might I need? I'd like the dosing capsules so I can limit the cleaning I have to do, but I read that it comes with one? Also should I consider picking up a spare cooling unit?

I think a spare CU is a must (I have 3 total and 4 for my Crafty ... 4 is overkill, 3 is just right, 2 will get you by)

I'm obsessive about keeping things clean though .... so take that with a grain of salt!

I also love the dosing capsules and the dial style container!

You could survive quite well with the included kit, but JCat is right the magazine is fun, and having more than one capsule!
Long term, 40 capsules would be nice. They start to look a little shook after months of fooling about with them.
I'd like to try a capsule caddy now too.
Then maybe cooling unit, car charger, screens, liquid pads if you think you needed those.

Have you toyed with the idea of a Vapecase, MF Orbiter, nice grinder or even another vape.
Maybe that's just what I'd be thinking, and you should keep the credit for another time!?
Enjoy the Mighty anyway, with or without accessories!

Successfully upgraded from Crafty to Mighty through RMA process. 2 Years is up now so that is likely my last RMA. Hopefully it's the last one I'l ever need.

It sure is bigger. Sucks the charger is dc so I cant use my power bank or old car charger. At least I wont have to charge it as often hopefully. I should last an outing on a full charge unless I'm gone all day and need more than 5 sessions. No turning back now anyways.

Has anyone used a generic usb 5v to dc 12 v cable to charge from usb power bank and other stuff? does it work? something like this

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/like/142181420602?chn=ps

That would let me use my power bank and current car charger. with the 2.1a usb. I guess it would be slower to charge but I guess thats ok better than nothing.

Haven't used a cable like that, mainly because I haven't really needed an option like a power bank. I think at best it might be very slow, and you would need a pretty robust power bank.
You may be pleasantly surprised. Dosing caps are great for going out for a while, I still get 8+ capsules from one charge and Mighty is about 16 months old now. I've never even bought a car charger for it.

Interesting. I have the crafty power bank, so I figure it'd fully charge the mighty once. I do use dosing caps. I posted this in the crafty thread before but I put fine screens in the lids of my dosing caps for no mess. I can take the screen out of my CU and everything stays clean. It builds resin that you should wipe off the top of capsule and botton of CU while its hot every 2-3 uses to keep the capsules fresh and they'll last a long time. Brush the inside of screen when you empty it to keep that part clean.

I do recall your use of a screen in the caps, and recently tried a variation on the theme. I had a 'less than full' capsule, so I took my pac man screen (standard fine screen with slit to center) and pushed that down into the capsule. Didn't use a capsule lid at all. Just screwed the muzzmod right on top. It all worked out fine. Used a very small amount of material.

I felt very similar after I upgraded, those feelings didn't last long lol.

I bought the car charger with the upgrade, I've only used it for camping weekends when it's being passed around.

I haven't missed my crafty, hopefully you find yourself feeling the same.

I think this falls under old dogs and new tricks. My mighty is 28 months old and I've learned a new technique.

I filled and firmly packed a capsule with fresh ground herb, (jesus OG if your keeping track) set the vape to 340F and hit it until it was hitting decent. It hit but had lots of restrictions due to the tight pack. I cranked it up to 380F, and once it hit good I turned it back down to 350F and it just ripped for a long time at 350F. I eventually finished at 350.

Maybe brighter bulbs have been turning down their mighty like this already, but this is new to me and I thought worth sharing.

It kind of reminds me of hitting whole unground buds packed in the chamber, only it eventually hit better than tight packed whole buds. It may have lasted as long though.

OK, carry on my mighty friends!

this is what ive started to use when i want to count my vape puffs
(fairly cheap on ebay ~£7/$10 'Collectible Chinese Tibetan Brass carved Abacus-Calculator'..i think its actually Japanese ..but then it is ebay)

s-l500.jpg

its quite small
long side is slightly less than length of my hand
short side is the same as vapman width

at that size - i only use the longer rows
one row of beads for one puff
im finding it fairly easy to rest the heel of my hand on table with fingers loosely on top and
just flick a row across with forefinger before each puff

so i can now count up to at least 15

and the brass has a warm glow in half-light

..works for me

Speaking of new tricks, I find that when a capsule is almost becoming spent if I turn the Mighty so the capsule is now upside down, it often gives another few big pulls from the shift in material.
Also when you pull the right way up again it will sometimes give more from further movement inside.
May not work if you've packed very tight.
When I do it, I also try not to let the mighty idle while it's upside down, to avoid a little trail of vapor raising into the heater core each time.

I manage to get to about 4-5 before I lose count altogether.

I tried to count once on a vape and kept losing track! So I took out my phone and made a video of myself saying "I dunno, was that three??" etc.

The intention was to count the pulls from the video in the morning, but I found once it was on video it could be done!
If you fuck up counting you can start the video again instead of another session!

Might save someone the price of an abacus, although it looks a nice ornament!
Bet you could get an abacus app!?

I have a simple click counter app I use when loading lorries with grain. Needs 6 buckets in the front of lorry, 6 in back and 2 in the middle. So easy to loose count when your concentrating on other things.
