Vaporbrothers Vaporizer

More newbie questions. I tried lowering the temp almost to shut off. It stayed very hot- not safe to leave on given the limited space I have to leave it. Is that typical?
So are the hot box like vapes takes off on this one?
Is there any other equipment I should buy for it?- not sure what the easy attachment is?

That's all for now. It's really difficult for me to find vapes that I can use without water. Right now it's this and the vapcap. And a tiny bit seems to last a long time.
It's not one I see recommended to other fcers when they're asking for suggestions. Maybe people think all the newer ones are better. But they aren't.

My box seems to cool down in a few minutes. But after about a minute, the element is cool enough to touch.

As for the 'Hot Boxes', I agree @Vitolo they are knock offs and I chose to go with the original. I'm sorry to repeat myself on this issue but Vapor Bros. do emissions testing on their products to make sure the air path is clear of any toxins, lead, cadmium and mercury. The knock offs may not have such standards. It's a case of getting what you pay for.

As far as equipment i like the stainless screens over ceramic and the high temp. hose as it's more flexible than the hose that comes with the box. You can get different mouth pieces and fancy stir sticks but in my opinion the VB1 is great as is out of the box.

Thanks for all the help. Mine does seem to stay a bit hot so I'm just turning it off for most of the day. No problem.
The mini whip looks like it doesn't work with the handsfree.
Have some of you connected it to water and if so how?
Thanks again

I prefer to use my VB1 with my water tool. The bowl on my M&M Tech water tool is removable. I have an adapter that I use and the whip fits over the adapter.

Or... You can get this from Vapor Warehouse, then you don't have figure out what size adapter(s) you would need.

I went with a VB1 and can't be more pleased. The best thing about this vape is how miserly it is. The bowl design puts it ahead of any of the knock offs. I compare it to my Arizer Solo for conserving weed. A small pinch to cover the screen is all that's needed to get 3 or 4 tasty hits. I can leave it on and hit it whenever I'm ready. Can't be more happy so glad I went with the VB. Price was great ... it's not flashy but we're here to get medicated and it does that as well as any vape I have owned or tried.

The mini whip is even better for micro dosing. I didn't think I would like using a handheld whip instead of the hands free one but it conserves its contents even better.

Just here to show some Vapor Brothers love. This is the first vaporizer I ever bought (around 7 years ago). As good as the day I got it; I'm still using the original glass wand and mouthpiece! It has a couple battle scars but the chicks dig it.

To show her my appreciation I ordered two new hoses (pictured is an old 7th Floor hose). Here's to another 7 years!

Same here. I was very surprised at how little I can vape to get medicated. Congratulations.

yeah i rate this as economical as my solo. Just enough to cover the screen for a couple of nice big hits. Very impressive.

I use the steel screens, the ceramic screen let small bits through. With the steel screens i can stir after each hit which causes it to become very fine.

I like to crank it to its highest temp and rip a couple of big milky hits. The load is spent after 3 hits with very little left in the ABV.

That's when my VaporBrother's Box comes in handiest.
It can be so extremely economical, especially with the Vapor Brothers mini-wand.

The advantage of this over the solo- for me-is that it lacks draw the draw resistance of the solo.

I'm not sure if people here are into the whip hose or don't like the hose, but we made a whip that doesn't have a hose. Have a hose free day.

We make this piece called "Viper" Hands-Free with or without a carb, and Standard (hand held)
  • With carb- You can clear it of course. Although, as you clear it, hot air seeps into the bowl from the heater. I don't like with carb for that reason, but it's popular.
  • Without carb- You take the Viper off the vaporizer if you want to clear it completely.
  • Aftermarket size (19mm)- Fits knockoffs
  • Standard- You hold it to the vaporizer only while inhaling your draw. Glass stays cool.
You can get the whole whip (including tip, grip, ceramic & metal screens) or get just the Viper replacement glass to modify your existing EZ change whip. Viper is made from 16mm heavy wall.

Some of our components come from trusted overseas suppliers, but glass like this we always get local. So we can proudly say...

This looks great! I noticed it has been on extended backorder for some time, are there plans to eventually restock or are these being made to order? My most recent whip has accumulated enough residue that it's starting to leak into the mouthpiece, I would definitely pay a bit extra for a cleanable glass whip rather than re-purchasing hoses periodically. For now I likely will grab another silicone hose but was just curious about the viper replacement glass, thanks in advance!

I made dead sure that my personal VaporBrother's unit went to a special guy.... a patient that functioned for 3 years during repeated chemotherapy, using a Volcano Solid Valve. I move on to my next VaporBrother's unit!
I changed him up to an EZ Valve for his Volcano, and gave him what I consider to be the original convection wand/whip Vaporizer in the industry.
He says:
I just wanted to let you know how much I'm enjoying the Easy Valve...it really is a much nicer experience and I think the herb vapes much more evenly than in the solid valve. Also, I have absolutely fallen in love with the Vapor Bros. Original. I know it may sound crazy, but I just feel it's a high vibration vape. It has a lot of character and soul and I really enjoy using it as well. You've pretty much got my bases covered when it comes to vapes. Proof that the universe takes care of us if we appreciate it.

Space is the Place
Left my ol' VB-1 on the patio last night and this morning it's gone.

Really Sucks 'cause it was passed to me when the friend who owned it passed away last year.

I'm gonna miss it.

VB1 for home and CF Vape for out and about. I'm covered. convection and conduction.

Thanks to the time of year in the Southern Hemisphere it's a time of plenty so i can load a bit more into the VB whip and really milk it up! 5 or 6 big tasty hits.

I heard the vapor swirls the opposite way down there.. My girlfriend digs the "vibe" of the VB so i have a feeling we will be purchasing one soon..

Ive only over hit it full temp on accident. Do you risk combustion if you pull hard?
