Backwards Ireland

Well i knew this was coming in the manner it did. So apparantly one of the most loved up liberal nations on the planet (lies) is going to keep a hard intolerant approach to a vegetable! They have decided to keep Cannabis locked up only for people who fail traditional medicine and only for around five cases like dravet syndrome etc. So the people with a very public injury and nice doctor will get very very very expensive medicine socialized for free. I bet the owners and makers of these products must be celebrating today imagine the contract money and prices gained from a product made from such a cheap easy to grow plant!

https://www.joe.ie/news/minister-he...mending-medicinal-cannabis-use-ireland/577113

And if the above is not depressing they said that Cannabis is not usable for pain and no mention of anxiety. Yet here today on Google i found that they Ireland sentenced a man with back pain caught using cannabis to 200 hours of labour here (http://www.thejournal.ie/cannabis-plants-cafe-3227608-Feb2017) I mean what the hell kind of society do we live in? Five more years of this bullshit honestly i suffer from severe anxiety and other issues i can only treat with MJ and basically have to pay my own money where as others will be getting CBD/THC drops for 2000 a month you wait and and see this is the current problem with GW pharma and Sativex a Cannabis based medicine that costs too much on the NHS already so how Ireland will fund this i do not know. Honestly this is fucking tyranny haha Cannabis is a vegetable for a start i recently looked at the nutrition and it is the only source of Omega for a vegan is it not? And it is also superior as a fuel and Fibre source and it only becomes a drug when heated. So here we have a vegetable and a product that is not naturally a drug until heated. Is this even a natural process then? How do they manage to make such a thing illegal while Cali moved to legal status? Simon Harris and all these people in big paid jobs are actually a bunch of disgusting uneducated Irish hicks.

Baby steps.

Ireland are already out in front of most prominent EU countries regarding legislation.

The advisors to our worlds govts have already made it clear, funding and fighting a war on drugs is failing.90 year war and counting, untold misery to families and wasted revenue.
You dont have to leave this forum to see how people have been ill treated in this drug war.its a disgrace that sick people dont have access to medicine that will help with pain and a better life.the news though is good and the beneficial health benefits of MMJ are now common knowledge in the wider community.Govts are watching that Cash Cow too.....The US cannabis industry alone is projected to be worth $50 billion by 2026

it takes time to get the message through to govts to consider change through parlament and courts especially on this sensitive issue. it all appears a little slow.Rest easy though...It is happening day by day worldwide...mostly starting with medical release.Once the general public accept what we already know about this humble plant recreational will follow too im sure of it.i am sure i will have a happy retirement and maybe You too.

i feel for You and youre Anxiety.its toxic to the soul, strangles love.and is a drain on families wellbeing .i sincerely wish You well.i have had to learn to be patient.

Regarding medical trials in Ireland.its great news..what we have now is better than what we had up to now.i remember Not too long ago, Ming Flanagans medical bill being ridiculed in the dail.
Im sure the govt are trialing and talking research to follow international protocol.

And the cafe owner who got community service had 17 plants at his home..a couple of plants may have been ok,but 17 plants would be classed as supply for sure.nice try though.:peace:

I'm a vegan. I'm sure there are other sources but hemp/cannabis must be one of the best. It does kind of seem like a miracle plant. The tide is turning with legalisation but it is painfully slow, the governments are completely insane IMO. Seems like Ireland is very slightly ahead of the rest of the UK.

Yes i think you can but i think it is up there with Salmon. It is a miracle plant when you think about it. For example if they reply to me and try to justify you can skip the entire arguement and just go right for the facts about Hemp lol. Hemp oil with no THC how come i cannot farm this and press my own oil for my hair and skin? It is full of vitamins nutrients etc not to mention before they made it illegal it was and still is the best material for many things including rope. America was built on hemp as was Britain lol you could pay taxes in hemp because the navy always wanted hemp for ropes. Not to mention Hemp clothing and other products with no high at all.

And now i saw that burning hemp is giving off the least soot or something so it is i think the cleanest material to use as a fuel. So basically they know this but how would you justify making hemp illegal? It proves that they do it to keep people impoverished poor and always needing to go to whoever the goverment has chosen to supply the hemp or whatever it is they make legal to certain people. In reality i think this is part of the game i call "wheel of capitalism" where they know if they force you to have to buy it you have to go work to get the money thus making the wheel of capitalism spin. They do this for the same reason with THC medicine this is why they are utterly terrified because this miracle plant is going to pretty much change so many things once legal. And it will effect capitalism which is bad because really capitalism is like a rickety old house.

^ a rickety old house that will surely fall down unless it is structurally redesigned, scaffolded and worked on.
The future generation have their work cut out for them.

Today's time is the most depressing to live through, perhaps.
But only because everyone is feeling guilty and lazy.

It should be the best time, we collectively have abundant knowledge and phenomenal ability. We just need to actually properly consolidate it and apply it - not to better ourselves individually, but to optimise ourselves as an efficient global community.

All this close minded talk through the popular mediums promoting mythical 'equality', fuelling egotistical and narcissistic traits and dividing us, not from a community perspective but individually...
The end result is a populous lead by the crazies and ultimately restricted lifestyles perpetuating idiocy and environmental devastation.

The coding file for humans on planet earth needs to be deleted and rewritten.

on topic, I'm also mad as hell about the whole state of affairs.
I am not in Ireland but what could be considered its bastard son Tasmania.

Over here we are just as backwards, and like stopping at a red light when there's absolutely no traffic, we have no option but to sit back and wait for the unimaginative to realise how retarded they are.
Then proceed as per normal, until we hit the next out of sync traffic controller.

Politics can be sped up if you figure out a way to grease their money grubbing paws. That's what's holding Australia back currently with canna industry. It's shameful.

There is a video on Youtube about Canadas corporate weed, A woman said they are taking over an illegal game but fixing it with prohibtion prices. Really Medical weed is corporate weed you saw there how they tried to stop everyone growing but the big three or four growers who had contracts. And the guy said the winners of such a game would end up as a mega brand and go global.

Maybe... Because no one can afford legal weed because of illegal prices. A gram for pennies not for pounds, But they will just bloat the entire process instead of planting a seed and letting nature do the magic there will be red tape everywhere with corporate drones and inspections all bloating up the cost. In the end in some places it will be like socialized medicine just a massive excuse to create needless jobs.

From Tasmania to Ireland almost the exact geographical opposites this damm reality persists!
