Looking for the most efficient, "bong-like" Vape

I have a Sulimator and i love it !!
Most Bong like experience you can find so far, espacially because of the upcome , very rapid
tastiest and extremly potent vapor you can do double deckers
Ultra quick loading and unloading, you can do hits faster than in a bong
From the Extraction-side for me its the perfect Station Device !
It is just unbreakable , i dont know how i could break it D This is for me one of the biggest advantages !!
Also it has no Part which is degradeable- all lasts for years
Cleaning is easy , because you can all parts soaking in iso or cooking it in water.
Only Bads are the long heating time ( min 10 min ) and the auto shutoff ( for me at least) 2 hr

One thing said at the End , the Sublimator is definitive a Power-User Unit for People who consume a lot !
Then the advantges are just bigger , because no other device provides such a fast vape performance.
Have bought 3 Sublimators already ( one stolen -.-) and every time i dont have it for a short amount of time , the first hits always impresses me and i cannot belive how good it is and that since almost 3 years

PS. ich bin aus BW, kannst auch testen kommen ^^ pn

I know log vapes have been discussed and you've moved past that and I may have missed this but all log vapes are pretty similar. I have the enano and underdog. There is also someone in the board who makes logs and lives in England. There are more powerful vapes out there but it is nice to simply pick a log up as you pass by with no preparation and just take a hit. They are also much less money than many you are looking at.

If the OP weren't leaning away from torches I would highly suggest the vapcap. There is good progress even being made by @Pipes for a non-torch heating option that looks really slick.

I also would recommend the underdog. I have heard some talk of overpowering the heater but I find that I get dense, bonglike hits by using the nylon or stainless steel stems and by keeping my draw slow and controlled. This delivers brain busting hits and does not come close to overpowering the heater, I think that the underdog also shines in groups. Once people get down the draw technique down they are much quicker to reach for the UD over many of my other vapes.

Unfortunately, all log vapes that are regularly available are imports and I wont import (Warranty, Taxes, Toll) and im already on the HG Log list, waiting to order.

Cloud EVO and Herborizer TI have warranty holders in EU (depending on the Vendor for the EVO), which makes me lean towards them the most, also both seem to be designed to do what i want and need, while still offering flexibility outside of that. Im aware a LSV can also do what i want, somehow i still se quite a few people on here retiring their LSV for EVOs or other stuff. If i was on a really tight budget, I would definetly consider it. I want this thing to last for some time, just so i can relax and can stop worrying about my next best Vape lol

A vapcap is,also. is a 40€ purchase, I am aware it has a lot of fans and have already said I will probably get one as a "portable".

On another note, since im not getting a HT or Glass with the system im buying, do you guys think this would be good bong? Thought size and waterlevel would be more appropriate than my current fave and has some nice simple percs, and amazing glass quality.

It seems a bit big when i compare it to what people use their evo in (more similar in size to the Herbo Tubes, but half price for better glass...) , then again these small bubblers are just less common in europe/germany i guess, and its still almsot half of the watervolume and 20 cm smaller then my current one xD

Get the EVO. It will satisfy all of your needs and pair with your glass extremely well.

Most likely will, adam from vapefiend.com has been very helpful, and they are lincesed to perform repairs on your EVO.

I just wanted to know if my planned bong purchase would fit nicely with the evo, or if i should just get a smaller 30 cm bubbler instead.

I just don want a HT for now, too expensive IMO for the offered glass. They are priced like Ehle or Roor pieces of that size, or even above, but i dont believe for a second they offer the glass quality these guys do, i literally kicked an ehle bong into a field with stones, and it didnt break, was an accident, but flew like 5 metres at least. In general I find european glass is much cheaper while being a much higher quality then most of the american products. dunno why. 7mm glass i.E. is very common here, even for products around 50 euros. My current Bong is also a G&G and has survived multiple impacts, even when hitting the socket for the shillum.

Ummmm . . yeah ok. You can obviously get whatever glass you want to pair with EVO and that is one of the great things about this product.

Just be aware . . . sometimes with glass you get what you paid for.

Well, that really depends where you spend your money ;)

Ehle and Roor are two premium glass manufacturers, at extremely high price points, but if you dont drop them onto concrete they will last forever, my old ehle bong survived 3 festivals before breaking :) (obviously treated it pretty shit by taking it to festivals haha)

It cost me around 150€ with a voucher, so my bar for spending 150 euros on glass is pretty high, yet i will absolutely do it, IF i believe the Price is justified.

But, this is all besides my question xD, the Quality of G&G (the new bong im intending to get for vaping), for the price they come at usually, is absolutely justified, this one being 50 € is a reduced offer.

I was asking wether this kind of bong is too much water/space for the evo to handle, and if i would just get a better experience from getting a smaller recycler/bubbler. In short, will the EVO handle regular bongs, or is it just more enjoyable to smoke it thru a bubbler?

Sorry if I appear argumentative, I'm just very inquisitve about theese things xD

Consider the size of the hydratube, which is the bubbler that VXhale sells with the EVO. That's pretty much all you need.

I have used the Evo primarily through bubblers but have paired it up with regular bongs using an adapter from @Ratchett.

That bong will probably be just fine with the EVO, though I think it would really pair well with any glass you paired it with.

It is not recommended to keep the Evo upside down for long periods of time, so I would consider buying a few adapters to attach your Evo to your bong via whip.

@phattpiggie Im already on the waiting list ;) Since its gonna take some time anyway, might aswell get on it, and since its the Only true log available in Europe, and is very affordable, why not right?^^

I also live in Germany and posted a similar thread yesterday but about importing log vapes in particular. The first person to respond linked me to a company that makes log vapes in Bayern.

http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/musa-wooden-vape.23239/

Thought you might be interested. I've been talking with the guy who makes it on Instagram and he's been very informative so far. From what I understand, he's been using one that he made for the past 2 years and it seems to be going strong. Costs 220 Euros + 7 more for shipping. Well, that's all I've got at the moment :D

Good luck choosing. I'm curious to see which one you end up picking because it looks like my requirements/constraints seem to be eerily similar to yours.

Hey man, will definitiv Keep you posted about my Choice. I think a lot of European bong smokers face these issues When wanting to switch to vaping, but the hyper industrialised weed Culture of the US just hasnt reached Us yet. Also the smoking Culture is ACTUALLY vastly different.
I feel a lot of vapes available here are not rly aimed at smokers or Heavy Daily medical Users... Wont stop me though, i Need an Alternative to Smoking bemause im not ging back to anti depressants, that shit just wrecks me.

I talkend to the Musa Guy, but its not really a log, its more like a Cloud Evo with Halogene Heating, same as the Aromed according to him. I would hold off on it till some Reviews are in tho, unless you have the Money to be an early adoptier and want to Support the Guy.

Have you corresponded with home grown logs? I don't understand the German mailing system but it might be easier to get a log made in England.
Or if you want an enano you can check the classifieds here or make your own request.

So, my new Cloud EVO just got dispatched, the hype surrounding this thing is intriguing, and since it comes highly recommended by almost anyone who ever used one, I thougt I'd give it a spin.

Will post a few updates after I received it, planning to sum up my thougts for the first 24 hours and then write a review about a week later.

It will be a good choice for you. In regards to the bong, I think that one will match with it just fine just like any bong but you may want something just a little smaller which may make it easier to use for you. I know your hesitant about getting a hydratube, it took me 2 years just to get one! But once i did, i cannot believe I waited that long for one. If you hesitant about the money, check out the factory seconds page where it is discounted and I have heard you cant really tell whats wrong with the glass.

Yeah, the size factor in the end helf me off from ordering the bong, not much diffrence to one of my older smaller ones, and i've never been a fan of percs in bigger pieces anyway.

I think i will get a really nice bubbler, nothing too complicated to try out at first and also in anticipation of my HGL, and maybe get a hydratube for my BD or sth. if i feel happy with my evo.

Yeah regardless of what you get, it will serve you well! I am looking forward to hearing what you think of the vape! Make sure to report back!

I'm not sure if you could fit the EVO in that joint. It may be too near the can so the thick EVO couln't fit all the way in. Also for EVO you want a 90 degree joint, facing straight up, otherwise you would have to hold the EVO with the hand while inhaling.

Simple solution is to just grab a few vape adapter joints from @Oregonglassblower or a vape manufacturer (I believe arizer and EVO both have them) connected with whip tubing. The beauty of this is that it becomes one less thing to pass around in a group because the Evo can stay stationary, and you remove the need to invert the EVO.

Pro-tip, get an adapter with a carb on the side from OGB as well, it's a tiny investment but once you get one you'lol find it to be an essential piece for your setup.

Yay, got my EVO today, spent the day playing around with it, pretty pleased with it, had no trouble milking up even my biggest pipe, i think this can work out after getting used to it, and getting a smaller piece to keep it a bit more manageable xD

The only Gripe i have with it, the factory smell still hasnt worn off, had it on burn off multiple times.
The Vaporway seems fine tho, also cant taste anything.

The standard mouthpiece gave me huge hits and nice even extraction, but was a bit rough on the back of the throat, even for a 15 year bong smoker xD Funnily enough, you feel NOTHING in your lungs at the same time, very unlike the plenty. Kind of weird, and thos lungbursting rips from the plenty were pretty nice, but im just starting my vaporizer collection right ? ;)

Ill post and update after a few days, for now im pretty satisfied.

Hi mate, I gave up bongs (weed and baccy mix) via using the Arizer Solo. It kind of reminds me of sucking on a bong tbh. And you can link them up to water tools like a bong so seems like a logical step. I just use the solo by itself atm tho.

Fuck combustion and fuck baccy! Vape on.

I know the OP said something about not using a pocket torch but...
Still with the title of this of this thread All that I think of when I read "bong-like-vape" and the Only vape I see in my minds eye is my Daisy.

I would think the sticky brick is as "bong-like" a vape as you can buy these days seeing as it's a copy of the Daisy.
