Should also mention @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd in here. His response time is scary...it kinda makes you wonder if he is standing behind you when your typing. His products look great too!
+1 Somehow he can respond back to back with no delay, or at least it seems like that to me? Flame worker/IT/CSR the man does it all!

I imagine he has a flame retardant keyboard with heat sensitive keys so he can just point his torch to type and then go right back to work! He definetly has some Ninja skills:ninja:

I haven't had much interaction with many vaporizer companies in the last two years, however I've been in contact with VapeXhale on multiple occasions and they've worked hard to ensure I'm well taken care of in the long run. Premium quality service, standing behind a premium product.

I have limited experience with the customer service side of most companies, but I have dealt with a few.

MFLB has always been helpful and super friendly when dealing with warranty claims or general questions.

George and Matt at Dynavap most recently, they step up for all of their customers and I am sure we are all thankful.

VapeXhale has also been a pleasure to communicate with, when I first purchased the unit itself and had problems applying a current discount, and when I had to send in my EVO for repair. Overall, we have an awesome community full of compassionate people around here! :peace:

Sticky Bricks has been amazing. They went out of their way to get me something awesome which I had a little trouble ordering and they had to mess with. Then something else in the order needed a little correspondence, a favor on top of a favor kind of. Anyways they were awesome the whole time, super happy ordering from them. Also their vapes are beautiful and amazing. Can't say enough good things about them and their vapes so far.

When i think of stellar customer service within this industry, i certainly think of @stickstones as one of the elite.

He is a wealth of knowledge, was the second member of FC, and a former FC mod. One of the few people with a vape collection that rivals mine, and with an honest opinion i always respect.

Above all... The dude is VERY honest and genuinely wants to find you the right vape, and build a cust for life. He has actually talked me out of several purchases before, and has helped me find a handful of vapes that are better suited for me instead. It is that kind of honest feedback that is second to none.

Stick's is always willing to honestly answer questions, and will spend a ton of time on the cust service end to help you make an informed decison. He can drop ship from most companies, often at a better price with more high quality extras then you can find elsewhere.

My advice, always drop @stickstones a line when buying a vape and seeing if he can help you out. You wont regret it. He comes with my highest recommendation.

IMO all vape companies can take a lesson from VapeXhale and Epic on how to run a CS operation, CS systems (issue/case system), and CS communications. I think they are great and should be a model to be emulated by others.

Also, George and Matt at DynaVap have to be the most committed to their customer base vape folks I have run across. These guys REALLY want you to be happy and I appreciate them to no end.

Also, I have found Vape World to have very good CS as an internet retailer.

I couldn't agree more. @stickstones expertise and concierge service is sorely underutilized. Simply contacting him via a PM is as complicated as it gets to get the ball rolling and without any obligation. Ever been to a high end hotel and use a concierge to arrange tickets, reservations, get a recommendation to the best restaurants, etc. Same concept except for vapes and vape technology.

I was a noob when I met Sticks and used him and his service. I don't consider myself a noob anymore. I look back now and really understand how much working with him enhanced my vape life and saved me in terms of aggravation and money.

I've got some new purchases coming up to show my gratitude to some folks that mean a lot to me. Rather than rely on my own expertise for just the vapes I've come to know I've already contacted Sticks for his opinion on the latest releases. He makes it his business to stay up to date on what's new and knows where all the worthwhile deals are.

As far as listing a vape manufacturer who is stellar with customer service, @VapCap really is second to none IMO. Working with members on FC isn't always easy. It takes time, tact, and patience. Providing the amount of first hand high quality service that George does, on and off the forum, in addition to building/manufactering products, developing new products, and filling orders all at the same time is actually quite remarkable IMO.

I commend George for constantly under promising and over delivering in our interactions together. He has developed a hell of a product, and strives to make each cust interaction of the highest quality. Amoung my highest recommendations.

I gifted my Vapor Brothers VB1 to a friend who has chronic back pain. That VB1 was great.

I was missing my box so I ordered another one today from @VaporWarehouse because of the excellent customer I received from Vapor Rae when I ordered last year.
I spoke with AJ today and that stellar customer was just as I remembered. I had few issues with payment and made several calls and sent several emails and AJ was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and very accommodating. About 5 hours later, we got everything worked out and my new VB1 will be here in a few days.

I highly recommend Vapor Warehouse. Excellent customer service! :tup: :nod:

We've run into some health issues and without being asked had some family fly in to help out. When I tried to show my gratitude each suggestion or offer was turned down. That's just how my wife's family rolls. So when I found out that the Focus Pro vape was a big hit I reached out to @stickstones and Planet of the Vapes (PotV) for the Focus and to touch base on some other recommendations.

Ordered the Focus Pro on Tuesday and it was delivered to my peeps the following day with free shipping! According to the recipient - packaging was great, the 4 part freebie grinder was excellent (Smooth threading, top notch aerospace aluminum and good looking) and the freebie Tightvac container was also a big hit.

Hate to be redundant but if you want great personalized one on one service and honest, straightforward expert suggestions ..... PM Sticks.... and for an excellent vape company checkout PotV and their one of a kind warranty.
