Boundless CF / CFX / CF-Hybrid

Was about to buy the CF from Namaste vapes. They sent me an email saying I would get 10% off using the coupon code for everything. If I order before Thursday at 12pm I'll get before Christmas. I was so excited. Been hemming and hawing on a portable and now I think I settled on this over a CFV or CFX. But the coupon code won't work for me. I wanted 10% off of $189.95.

Try Vapegossip and see what happens. If it works please go to http://vapegossip.com/ beacuse I feel bad giving out the code otherwise.

Best Temp for clouds seems I have to go to 410 to get what the arizer air/solo does on green or 3 setting?

Just a thought. If the resistance is less with the Boundless, you may need to lighten your intake a bit as you could be cooling it more with room air. You could have a "warm" Arizer and a "cool" Boundless. Is it a CFX? You still have a lot more heat available.

If it will not get hot enough for you, contact retailer and/or Boundless. Boundless will respond quickly. They want you to be happy.

Can someone who has been using the ELB's in a CF/CFX please give me some pointers for optimum performance? I'm not having great success - getting pretty whispy vapor and not a great effect considering how much material they hold... I have tried everywhere from 1/4 load to almost full, and still lackluster performance.

Was I expecting too much from the CFX? I got it specifically to use as a heavy-hitting 'home portable' (big bowl, big battery) for when I don't want to use the underdogs, and the ELB's are really what helped convince me to pull the trigger. Is the performance a lot better without them?

What temps are you guys using, I think my best results are temp stepping from like 385 to 420 F with a solo-size load of about 0.15? More does not seem to do any better or go for any longer? Am I crazy?

Quick simple question, im about to pick up an herb grinder, what size grinder should i get? 21/2" or 3"? Im not sure which to get, i dont vape everyday, but sometimes i might be with a group of 4 people. My devices are small, boundless cfv, cfx, hebe titan 2, and a nokiva

What size are your hands? The 3" won't cramp your hands as bad. I'm an old man and tend to go for ease. Doc

@370 you should already be producing decent clouds with the elb, not whispy. Pack to the top but don't tamp the material. Finally, take slow but long puffs. From a full elb i can get 3 to 4 five minute sessions and medicated each time.

@370 you should be getting clouds with ELB only or regular bowls as well? I cant get clouds till 388+ on my CFV and my friends CFX needs 400. Whats the issue?

Also whats the folded screen technique I read about on here just fold an Extreme q screen and put it against the pack and you will get dabbable extract?

the folded screen technique, I really don't know what you are calling "tfst". I think what you are after is you put a screen inside the mouthpiece to collect reclaim. This also works with the WPA. You remove the stock screen and collet, replace with a small screen in the WPA or mouthpiece. When it gets gooey from reclaim, pull it and either fold and vape it or soak in grain alcohol to make a tincture.

Black Friday brought me a CF to go with the CFX I have. One complaint, The CF is not recessed on the bottom like the CFX. That puts the air intake on the table surface. (Ratchett we need a stand to keep from inhaling dust and crap that sticks to the bottom of the vape.)
The CFX is slightly recessed by the edge of the bottom.
Ok, "I'll quit pissin and moanin" about inconsequential "b. s.". Doc

I have the CFX with the newer screen but the airflow was poor so I tried taking the screen out and now it performs really well. I'd pack it in nice and firm. Also, I heard somewhere that you can put a screen in it and it will collect resin high in THC. If you have any information about this please share. And what are your thoughts on just not using a screen at all?

FYI on namastevapes.ca you can get the Boundless CF on sale for 189 Canadian and also another 10% off for the next 4 hours.

I don't know if this is a good price for this unit, but $189 becomes $170.10 plus free shipping in Canada.

Maybe someone will benefit from this.

Decent deal. Sadly I purchased a portable way before this sale came about. Had it have come sooner I probably would have done it.

I just received my cfx, I'm liking it a lot nice build and features, I haven't vaped her as of yet. One question I have, in the manual it says do not leave charging over night, doesn't the boundless line have electronics to protect the battery from over charging?

A lot of the info in the manual is actually wrong, the device has overcharge protection.

Does anyone know what the brush that comes with the CFX is made from? I tried to brush out the vape after the first use and bristles came off inside and now I'm wary of using it. A friend helped me remove a decent amount of the small parts that came off the brush but there seems to be some under the oven screen too but I can't remove it to clean.

It seems to me like its a fine plastic..it doesnt feel like horsehair or natural material. You can remove the oven screen with the Dab Tool that came with the CFX - its the screwdriver looking thing. I haven't done it myself but theres posts here talking about it. I think you just wedge the tool under one of the corners and pry it loose (but read up past posts or wait for more replies first..)

I'm not sure what it's made from but I've never seen any bristles in my CFX oven. I wait for it to cool down before I go at it with a brush because I'm afraid of the bristles melting.
