Well the worst thing that could happen did happen today. My beautiful new omnivap was set to arrive. The USPS tracking page said it went out for delivery at 10 a.m. The tracking page still says its out for delivery, but seeing as its almost 11 P.M now I don't think my delivery drivers coming today. The night has been ruined. At least I still have my woody!

Well an update to my shipping fiasco. I just called my local USPS post office and to my great and ecstatic joy they have no idea where my package is! They told me they've started an investigation into it and will notify me within 2-3 days. Oh joy.

Edit: ITS HERE! I guess in between the three hours I called USPS to inquire about my package they must have found it and shipped it over to me because it just appeared in my mailbox! I'm so excited for my new mokume omnivap.

Dynavap's new web site looks great, I reset my password today. All of my address information was already there, but my 'cyber-monday' order hasn't migrated over yet. I'm guessing that since I got in on the sale at the end and needed a bit of communication to get it sorted, that some parts may still need to be made. I just got an old triple-flame cigar torch with a built-in flashlight that no longer works going so I'm all set.

Don't think I ever got one of these, but it wasn't too hard to figure out and do.

Now if I could just see my long waited for order. No problems with the $80 or so one for some accessories and an OG for a Christmas gift i picked up on BF sale. Ordered on 28th, got notifications the other day, and scheduled for delivery on Saturday. Awesome!

Not so much with my large, and much more expensive, order placed on 11/3. My OMNI (finally ordered) and a bunch of other stuff. Ordered then so I would have everything before BF sales slowed things up. So much for that idea! I've seen photos of most items in my order posted here as new receipts that were ordered during BF sale. If waiting for a T-shirt or something not so important that is on backorder is keeping my OMNI from me, that would really suck. Worst part is that I still don't have any response from DV to the email I sent last Saturday inquiring about my order, and offering to pay shipping again if they ship what's in now and whatever else when it is available.

Glad to see everyone else is receiving their stuff, and enjoying great communication and CS. But, I sure am jealous! :cry:

I Ordered late on Black Friday aound 330 and finally got shipping confirmation today, thank god I can stop yanking my hair out:bang:(The VAS is strong with this one). I ordered a TI woody, dynastash ER, and a OG.

Dude the VAS is so Strong with this thing!! Ordered BF and no nothing. I know I just have to wait my turn until they get to my order, but the VAS has me checking my email constantly hoping to hear something. Somebody posted my exact piece with a picture and said it was there 2nd runner up. It looked friggin amazing. Going friggin crazy waiting, luckily my haze and fc-187 combo is keeping me from exploding.
I seriously should have ordered before black friday paid extra and gotten ahead of the curve. I made sure none of my pieces were custom and were in stock. I dillydalllied on the site way to long, should have made a decision and placed order right away.

Check your spam folder. That's where I found my order confirmation and the email about resetting my password. Apparently Gmail doesn't like vaping as much as I do because they've blocked emails from FC and UD as well

Yep. Been checking it. Still nothing there either.

Hmmm... they weren't showing up on my phone but they were there when I checked the website. Was hoping that would help.

And I believe so. I've just been emailing Matt directly since I originally contacted them a couple of months ago. He emailed me this morning. They seem extremely busy but if you send a message to Matt@dynavap.com or likewise George, I'm sure they'll get back to you ASAP.

Edit: I expect the customer service will improve tenfold once they can finally manage to keep up with demand. Right now they're still a young company that is suffering serious growing pains. I admit patience isn't always one of my better traits, but I'm happy to be a small part of DV's development.

I had to send a follow up email & it turned out my order was on someones desk getting some extra QC to make sure things were as per my comments (I did check what was available earlier in the week). Definitely shoot Matt an email at info@dynavap.com as he is very helpful & an absolute asset to Dynavap (Matt better get a Christmas bonus @VapCap :lol:).

The big mistake made was launching a new website during their biggest ever month of sales. Most likely it was meant to launch before the sale & well shit happens :shrug:. Should have been delayed for a week or two as the volume of emails they must have received about orders not being updated on the website would be crazy.

Still orders are shipping & new converts are getting their first experience of a VapCap. I remember my first time :nod: :2c: :peace:.

It's probably the t shirt, I asked Matt about merchandise the other day and he wasn't sure when they'd be in, I'm holding off getting my laser engraved cap until I can get a dynamug

Matt will see you right @flotntoke. I would be pissed if it was a t shirt holding things up though.

Wanted to follow up and thank you guys again for the advice. Matt emailed me back first thing this morning (tho I didn't see until I got in tonight). My order should go out early next week. He was trying to get it out today, but they were short on some Omni parts and making new ones. I'm good if it goes out early in the week. Should be here by next weekend!:clap:

Still don't know what the initial hold up was. Am sure I've seen mention of Omni's being sent pretty quickly over the last 6 weeks (while my order was on hold), but could be wrong there.

Whatever the case, I'm just glad things are moving forward again! See you guys over at the "big boy" thread now that I've got my good news. FWIW, was kind of surprised to see all of this (especially my first post about this related to new website) come over here. Plenty of shipping chatter in main thread for past week + (as usual), but guess whiners have to be responded to.

Some members hormone levels increase exponentially if they see shipping discussion in a thread no matter how relevant. Lets be fair & allow them their safe space so they aren't triggered @flotntoke ;)

"Order completed", means it's ready to ship. Next email will be shipping info with a tracking number. Usually takes a day for USPS to have the package info in their system.

Anyone know how they are doing on fulfilling orders? Have most of the black Friday orders shipped yet? I ordered mine on the 28th and haven't received a shipping notification yet.

I know, I know, patience is a virtue. I'm not too worried, just curious if anyone had heard how they are coming along. Can't wait to try out my new Ti Woody XLS.

I ordered on the 28th too and mine should be shipping sometime this week. This was on saturday

More than half of the Back Friday weekend orders are out, and we will be running multiple shifts all weekend to keep the titanium tips coming.
