Spinzall - culinary centrifuge for the home. Thoughts on possibilities?

Centrifuges are popular with the modernist cuisine and bar crowd but they've been too large and expensive for most home use. Dave Arnold is coming out with the a home centrifuge the size of a food processor.

Curious if anyone into the modernist stuff can think of cannabis related uses?

I've got the searzall, great product. Can't readily think of what this could be used for but I'm sure some cannabis alchemists & molecular gastronomists will think of something, ha.

lol man I do hate to single anyone out as this language gets used by so many - but I wish people would stop talking about cannabis 'alchemists'! Remember that alchemists were quacks who thought that they could turn all kinds of shit into gold using arcane pseudoscience and grade 'A' bullshit as their guiding philosophies!

Alchemy has been known to be rubbish since before any of us were born - I for one never want to be described as any kind of 'alchemist'

This centrifuge is quite interesting though, for much more than just food related stuff (which is the tip of a very large iceberg!). I'll have to take a closer look at what is on offer with this product I believe that this may have some potential application for cleaning up less than full melt hashes, for example!

@Bad Ocelot how have you found the searzall in your experience? What have you used it for?

True, I'd just seen the term used on a few extra nerdy reefer chemistry blogs, skunkfarm & the like I believe. And while I consider my typical dab size immanently reasonable, some of my more, let's just say ambitious friends, consider that size dose more or less homeopathic

Anyway, I love the searzall, used it to sear many a meat & melt cheese in a few instances as well. I suppose on could use it if attempting some sort of record setting dab, haven't used it for any cannabis related culinary exploits though.

Don't worry, I too often do smaller dabs. That being said, a small dab of my full melt has more effect than a large dab of the oil most folks are dabbing

also if i was going to spend like $600 on 'the source', i think the centrifuge would be cooler and solventless

I hadn't heard of The Source before - have to say, that looks interesting.

I don't know if the centrifuge could do a solventless extraction, but it might be more effective at separating the extracted material (to generate a distillate?).
