Almost there...
Quite certain i'll be holding off buying a Herbo until this new version is released! Can't wait!

@lazylathe - what are your thoughts on your Herbo/Roor setup vs your new sublimator??

They both produce large clouds but the RooR has the edge on taste and flavor.
The Sub produced way thicker and denser clouds and hits way harder.

Both are very good and both have their uses.
I think the Sub would be so much better if it was digital and had a thermocouple for temp feedback.

I take this as Herborizer being the better vape and would agree and put off a purchase for a second herbo i think the second will be new model or RooR but taste and flavour are #1 because you can offset clouds by using more concentrated material. Try filling the Herborizer up full, Highest setting and use kief well oh my god this would literally last me hours and hours i estimate 30 hits i bet! In future this will be natural and bud will be scorned for kief/oil so Herborizer is a winner. Plus is also easily wins on the see through factor and cleanliness.

I hope they do not try to change this too much because i view mine with kief as near perfection.

I think that if you already own an Herbo purchasing the RooR version is a bit pointless as is the same product just more expensive.

I feel to same way!
Any updates need to make it a better device, fastest heat up etc...
My RooR cost me $200, a deal of the century!
However my RooR tube has quickly become my only WT that I use since buying the RooR Vapor many months ago!

That Bubbler is so sick!!! That's the one i'll be picking up to match the new Herbo! @lazylathe, how would you compare the Herbo hits to the HerbalAIRE hits? For some reason, I keep thinking that the Herbo's hits are kinda airy.... kinda like the hA. And i'm sure they are airy compared to the SUB?

I'M SO IN!!! WOW! Thanks @Joaon for the heads up! New site looks great as does the vape. I want it ALL! Anyone know if Sebastien offers an FC discount? :brow:

I wonder why they still sell the older model? Shouldn't this new Ti one replace the older?

You mean the Herbo Classic (without the temp controller)? The XL models are all still available, and that temp modulator is a MUST HAVE.... coming from an ex-classic owner.

I'm guessing that Sebastien is keeping these XL models alive due to the bigger bowl?

Damn VAS is kicking me hard this days, just ordered the new Ti version w/enail (heating system only) and I'm awaiting my quick glass core from minivap too!!!

I expect this will put my Cloud+, Vrip and enail out of rotation together and I hope to get it tuesday or wednesday since I live at +100km from the factory.

Happy to support the french vaporisation industry!

What are the improvements over the original version please?

@Dreuft :
I don't have received mine yet, but Sebastien told that it is more compact & powerful.
Optimized for complete extraction in 1 or 2 inhalations.
Injector have now a glass housing that is user replaceable. If you drop it, it will cost you 12,90€..
And there is that Enail injector housing, for concentrates.
Maybe a slightly faster heat up ?
Oh, and .. Titanium

I have always been curious about Sublimator vaporizers .. :haw::brow:
Is there anybody here that have a Sub & a Herbo (or planning to buy Ti one..) ?
I would be really interested of a side by side review !

Don't have access to oils concentrates here, & not planning to homemade some yet,
but that Enail option looks pretty.. Smooth :whoa:
Same here, let us know your experience with concentrates

New version looks great!!! I'll definitely be adding this to my collection. One of the problems I had with the old Herborizer, how the cable can easily touch the injector/bowl, risk of melting the cable. I've done this a few times myself  I like how the new system has the cable connector facing to the side, away from the hot glass. Seems almost impossible for the cable to touch hot glass. Well thought out design!

Also love the smaller bowl. Looks like it'll work with the original injectors, woohoo!! Lots of us Herborizer users have wanted a smaller bowl, so the herb is closer to the heater. We even use extra screens etc. to achieve this. So the new bowl is a big win!

To switch from herb mode to dab mode - It looks like this requires a change of glass housing if I'm understanding it correctly? I rarely do concentrates, but I'm curious about this. Seems like you'd have to let the first housing cool down, so changing from herb to dab mode would take 10-15 minutes. No big deal, just good to know.

Ideal situation, you'd have 2 injectors, one setup for herb and one for dabs :leaf:

I have the Stainless Steel version of the Sub as well as the RooR clone of the Herbo.
Two totally different vapes!
It all depends on what you desire from your vape, imo.

Herbo:
Long heat up time
Excellent flavor throughout the session
Vapor takes a bit to start forming.
Great clouds
Sessions last a long time.
Gives great effects
Fragile

Sub:
Long heat up time
Flavor needs to be worked on to achieve it, for this i use short bursts of heat and usually after the second short heat the flavor is gone.
Vapor forms almost instantly
Massive clouds
very short sessions per bowl, one hit and you can be done!
Bulletproof!

They are both great vapes!
I am finding that the Sub almost gives me a stoned in the morning feel for a few hours after waking up and the effects seem to last me longer during the day.
The Herbo's effects do not last that long with me.

If you can, try before you buy!
The Sub is not for everyone!

Unfortunately it won't. Basic & xl injector are 24mm lab joint, the Ti is 18mm.
I'll ask Sebastien if he could/ is planning to do some smaller bowls for Basic- xl. Wait n see

so changing from herb to dab mode would take 10-15 minutes
Or you could use a tea towel (or other fabrics..) to handle the glass housing. You won't hold it more than 5-10sec max. The other one will be cold, and you won't (definitively not!) touch the Ti resistance ! :ninja:

@lazylathe : Thanks for this review!
You confirm my thoughts on the Sub! It rocks (maybe a little too much? :science:)
Not even thinking of buying it, but was curious..
(actually bought New Ti Herbo and don't even need it, but was too intrigued .. What is called VAS, when it does for only 2 compagnies ? :D)

@bleak - Can't wait for your videos man! Your Herborizer video is the BEST out there!
I can only approve, as it's thanks to his video that I finished to decide to buy it..
Just for the pleasure .. :luv:

Edit: Ti vaporizers will be ready to ship by Wednesday !

@Joaon It definitely rocks and yes, maybe too much for a daily driver!
Thanks for posting the pics of the new herbo!! It looks amazing!
I may have to pick up that new heating system someday...

Just cleaned my RooR to sparkling again and hitting it tonight!
Longer sessions, best flavor vape that i have ever tried, awesome effects from small loads, great clouds!
I am amazed at how long the flavor actually lasts in my RooR Vapor, Almost till the last hit!
What also amazes me is that it works with just a pinch in the center of the screen! I can get milky hits off this tiny amount with most of the screen still exposed. Crazy!
Oh and no stirring either!

I have missed this flavor for too long! The warm up wait is well worth the amazing reward!
Good things take time, so sit back and relax and let this awesome device relax you from head to toe!

Cannot wait to see the new version in action!
Hoping for some more awesome videos!!

I'm very curious about the enail conversion, I'll wait the first report to decide.
Has the titanium heater a dedicated spot where to melt your concentrates? Can't tell from the pics.

See those littles grooves? There is 4 of them all around the resistance.
Once in place with Enail glass housing, one of them will face up, and contain the concentrate
heater-ti.jpg

These are the same grooves where the air travel with standard glass housing,
compressed between housing and resistance; resulting in a whirling hot air flow

:ninja:

Thanks a lot @Joaon, didn't noticed it in the pic.
Anyone know if the temperature settings will be the same as with the old injector? I think you would need an higher max temp for dabbing.
