If you want the wood to match, you should order both the stem and mp in the same wood species.

Standard wood species are Cocobolo and Blackwood.

Exotic wood species are all others like B&W Ebony or Burl for example. While an exotic mp choice may compliment your Blackwood, it will not match.

Can you please help me out? I had the same issue as @grokit when trying to order the Ti Woody, that option just wasn't there at all. I got confused and ordered the Ti Woody S, hoping that it was the XLS. I got it in Burl with the exotic Mouthpiece. Can you please tell me what is the difference between the Ti Woody S and the Ti Woody XLS? Thank you and apologies for my ignorance but the website is a little confusing.

It's more than a little confusing. I wanted the exact same thing, but had to check back here multiple times to be sure that's what I was ordering. To end up with an XLS, you have to start with a Ti-Woody and add a mouthpiece. XLS Burly, double-crown, with mouthpiece would be $125, only $5 more than the Woody S.

Your best bet is to email info@dynavap.com with your order number and explain that you wanted the XLS.

There are three options for a Woody with a straight midsection (not talking about VonGs here).

- Ti Woody S
- Ti Woody
- Ti Woody XLS

The Ti Woody S is 3.5 inches long. It has a SHORT wood midsection called a BODY. Bodies are 45mm long. The S model has a regular condenser and a spinning 17mm long wood mouthpiece.

The Ti Woody is also 3.5 inches long. But it has a LONG wood midsection called a STEM. Stems are 62mm long. The Woody has a regular condenser as well and the stem covers the whole length of it. So, the Woody does NOT have a mouthpiece.

From left to right, we have the;

- Ti Woody XLS with Cocobolo stem and mp.

Do not fret too much about which one you selected. They are all fantastic vaporizer. The system is modular, so you can always switch your Vapcap up with a different stem or body or condenser or mp. In fact, I'm betting you will. Vapcaps really are LEGO for stoners.

So, the TI Woody S is the 45mm BODY with the 17mm MP added. The TI Woody XLS is the TI Woody 62mm STEM with the 17mm MP added.

The difference is whether you are using a BODY or a STEM. Yes?

My order was the TI Woody S because I wanted it to fit in my standard DynaStash.

Edit: As usual, well described by @Squiby above. I think women are just better at splainin things... ;) OK, at least THIS woman.

Thank you so very, very much that description and pics. You couldn't have made it more simple than that. I definitely wanted the XLS. I was already in communication with Matt just checking on my order so I asked if I could upgrade if mine hasn't been made yet, just waiting for his response. If it's too late than I guess I will have to buy the bigger body, just didn't want to have two different bodies....not wood anyway. Happy Holidays and thank you again.

Its a really good idea and a necessity for basic, valuable information to inform people of all the technical ins and outs of the various models.

But I think it will need some thought and structuring somehow as I could see it being expanded, and if it stretches too far it may defeat the point a little.

And, I think it should be called something like "Save Squiby repeating herself over and over thread", or something like that, or maybe just "Best of Squiby Vapcap information thread."

And then a separate best of thread for the rest of us.

I just saw your comments @Baron23 on load size above. I know you use your OG very often, which I have only used briefly once, but noted for certain that the bowl has a smaller capacity than the Ti tips.

I can just get 0.1 into the Omnivap, but no way into the OG bowl for sure.

Thanks for the rundown.

Haven't received my Blackwood Woody S yet but I already have plans to get a Cocobolo or Burl stem with an exotic mouthpiece and xl condenser to make my XLS.

Short blackwood for stealth, Burl exotic mouthpiece XLS for when I'm feeling fancy :drool:

VCAS is just as bad or worse than VAS :doh:

Well the log went from being plugged in 24/7 to sitting in my drawer. The new vapcap is incredible. Now the first hit is just as thick as the second hit, and rarely is there a third. Before the first hit was always just flavor, and the second and 3rd hit had all the vapor.

The new tips make this thing a true one hitter. I will post a full review with pictures when I have more time.

Another major difference is I always respect the click now, and I get very thick vapor. Before with my 1st gen vapcap I'd experiment with going beyond the click, but now that is not necessary.

I would also like to learn about the additional capabilities of the XL condenser.
I'm a bigger hitter than the usual, and trying to upgrade my order.

Yeah I've been looking at ordering one for a while but never really got round to it for some reason, then the black Friday sale came along and I couldn't resist so I bought 2... I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy them after reading this topic, so many people can't be wrong.

Now I know it's been posted, I'm not in a huge hurry for them to arrive seeing as I have nothing to put in them until my current crop is ready, which should be about a week to ten days then needs to dry. It's gonna be a torturous wait if they arrive and having them sitting there all pretty with nowt to use them with... :doh:

Just had a little sesh with my ti woody with some star dawg got 4 cycles and nice clouds under a kitchen spot light. Was epic. Bud no grind. Slight break up off bud after cycle 2. Made me think that the 7 fin tip might have a place in my dynavaps, im thinking keeping it for my woody and saving the new tip for when I order my omni.
Anyways they all hit great when you learn your technique and your jet torch, I'm sure we all have our own way. But we all get there.
Anyways pic of my buddies round now, the jyarz tub is fantastic can't smell this dank star dawg at all.

Agree I've had it in my pocket all day seeing if it would be detected lol and it wasn't. Might get one or two more

I'm also looking for a smell proof box to stash various bits in. Like vaps spare parts erb etc. But can't find anything that fits the bill.

The Cbd flowers are OK. Only had a bowl via woody and via vapcap s.
It's leafy and seedy. But dried nice. I broke nugs off and stuffed them in the vaps. Nice cloud production no coughing. Taste is pleasant. I've had some czechoslovakian Cbd hemp flowers off eBay recently and they kinda taste hashy. Which is OK. But these seem better.
Felt relaxed for an hour or so after hitting both after each other.
Give them a shot if your looking for cheap Cbd and maybe something to blend into a stronger strain. I haven't done this yet but maybe grind some star dawg and Cbd flower and mix and see what happens.

Yes...and the appropriate condenser.

The regular condenser accommodates 62mm configuration; either a 45mm body and 17mm mp, OR a 62mm stem. These fit into a regular Dynastash/ER.

The XL condenser accommodates a 79mm configuration; 62mm stem and a 17mm mp. These fit into the XL dynastash/ER.
