Best vape for CO2 Oil?

I been using a kanger kbox , have tried it in my sub ohm tank and works well just don't go to high on the wattage. Something like you linked to is ok but you cannot adjust the watts. being able to adjust should help a great deal as you want to start low and work your way up until you feel you are getting a nice hit. I was in your situation , non medical and had a cheapo dispensary pen i was using with my concentrate i made by melting wax/shatter into ejmix. When i switched to my kanger sub box mini kit and sub ohm tanks it worked allot better. They are in expensive also for the kit , you will need a battery , the charger is built in - https://www.vapeshop.com/kanger-subox-mini-starter-kit/

Sorry can't help. I to only get pre filled carts.
I would have to agree on the e cig type cart. Something with a wick.
Good luck

I bought a Kind Pen v2. They charged me $90 (online it's $70). Guy seemed knowledgeable enough about what I can get. Told me not to get any of those other ones cause they are for nicotine based liquids. I mean maybe he was pulling my chain to get me to buy an expensive one, but whatever. I'll see how this works and if it's shit, I'll definitely post a review. Hahaha. The store seemed busy and I made no qualms about what I was using this for. NYS medical marijuana. He said yeah you ain't gonna fill this tank. It's too expensive. He was right about that. He said he doesn't really carry that stuff but he looked and this was one of the best so they wanted to have something for people like me. Let's see. I'm only gonna fill it a little

Edit: I think I hate this thing already. The mouthpiece rubber area sucks. I do like the tank. However I may just buy this for the future. https://linxvapor.com/products/hermes - I'll sell this to someone who wants a wax pen cause it looks like a dope wax pen. I'll see if I can get it to work. I only put in a little bit of the liquid. I thought but maybe I put in more.

Edit edit: in fact, can't I just buy this and use the batteries I have? https://linxvapor.com/collections/hermes-accessories/products/hermes-atomizer

They wouldn't. I just can't see elderly patients using e-nails and what not LOL.
Yeah, but that doesn't mean that they have any idea of a good approach to use it. We are talking politicians and bureaucrats...lower life forms, right.

All NY cares about is that they can say they have a MMJ program even if its completely unworkable and limited to oil carts.

Good luck.

Ok I tried to get the oil out and wasted a bunch fuck. And in my fucking around it actually does work decently well. I already wrote my I want my money back to the company email. Let's see. Lol

My understanding (and I could be totally wrong here) is that the hash oil is too heavy for something like the Pico and would ruin either the coils or the battery? Not too sure. Coils are replaceable so if I can find a needle and syringe, I am willing to try it in my Pico.
Maybe someone who knows more about electronics and all will weigh in here?

I dunno what he told you but I been running pretty thick juice in my manger sub box for two weeks now with no problems at about 8-15w with .5ohm coil, I get much bigger hits than I was getting now so I prob need half of what I needed before hand hits wise . The cheapo dispensary type pen I was using had a wick to soak up the juice , the sub box tank has organic cotton to soak up the juice .

I really can't believe how hard it is to find something for this. It's pretty incredible. I guess the Kind Pen was ok but I really hated the construction of the tank. Also, turned out there was a crack in the tank anyhow. I think I may go for that Hermes thing since it's so cheap. I'll buy that and an extra cart. I'm getting such little oil that I don't need anything fancy or what not. Part of me wants to just stick to their carts but it's so expensive. I can get double the oil for $36 bucks more. It's just a pain in the ass.

I emailed the dispensary and they adjusted my monthly supply because I told them I lost a bunch when I was trying out this vaporizer LOL.

I'm still on the hunt. Just did a dab on the Cloud Evo Quartz nail and I am ripped. Bad bad move. Can't use something like that. LOL.

Has anyone messed with Dr. Dabber Aurora Pen? I mean, what am I suppose to do? Just put a drop of oil on these coils of all these devices? Same ones I use for wax? I'm still so confused.

Pax Era announced , its only $60 also , go check it out on there site. Its for concentrate .

Yea, what's got me interested is this:

  • Choose your Atomizer:
Not all oils & waxes are the same, so three unique atomizers are included to expand your range
  • Dual Quartz Rod with Quartz Dish: Suitable for lower viscosity oils
  • Dual Ceramic Rod with Quartz Dish: Suitable for waxier oils
  • Ceramic Halo Heater with Quart Dish: Suitable for higher viscosity oils

That seems like that might be what I need.

I also have just been looking into buy those prefilled carts empty and filling that myself, like the linx hermes or galactic oil pens, or just ones I find on the internet.

I know this probably won't be a good option in the immediate future, but it's something to keep an eye on:

Pax Era

It might be worth contacting them to see if they have plans to make this available in New York. They might be able to partner with an oil provider.

I literally just posted about this if you look one post up.

Hahah I thought you were saying that the Dr. Dabber was from the Pax Era, and that it was around $60 bucks. Wow, that flew over my head.

Looks like you can only get the Pax Era in Colorado and California as the PODS are probably filled by them. That's my guess. I did post a question in that thread. Thanks guys.

I'm still on the hunt if anyone has any recommendations. Also, the NYS Medical Marijuana community is not very active on the internet.

I've been looking for the same thing. A local dispensary is supposed to be getting something but I haven't been in for a while. I'll try to get by there sometime soon.

Are you a NYS medical marijuana user as well? It's a small breed!

I don't have a car right now, but next week, when I do, I'll get a syringe and try the Pico.

ETA: I am doing some more research and I think the place I buy from might be selling rebranded Linx Hermes pens? They look exactly the same and the price is about the same. Not the best taste in the world, but it gets the job done.

No, I'm in AZ but I like the convenience, form factor, and consistent dosing that comes from vaping c02 oil. There are several vape pens here. I've tried 3 different brands. One brand has terrible taste and little to no cbd vapes. Another has decent taste and a good variety of cbd vapes. The last one has great flavor but zero cbd vapes. The cbd helps balance things for me so I try to stick to it .

Ok I'm leaning towards the Omicron now.

I know it's frowned upon to post emails but I figured this one is pretty informative with my question.

My email:

"
I am a newly registered New York State Medical Marijuana patient. Here in our state, we are only allowed to get CO2 Oil which is very liquidly and not at all like a wax/shatter type substance. It literally is like olive oil or something like that.

Would I able to use your product for this? Right now I can get the oil in a prefilled cart with a wick, or in bulk form. The bulk form is cheaper for me, but right now i've had a lot of issues figuring out where to use this. I saw from another vendor, the same type of carts I have that are refillable. I'm just really confused by all this stuff.

Thank you for your time."

Their email

"Thank you for contacting W9 Tech support,<name withheld> here. If you have access to undiluted CO2 oil, you should be good to go! I would steer your toward our Omicron V4, a "load-as-you-go" oil vaporizer. I have used CO2 oil (that comes in syringes, almost a honey-like consistency) with the Omicron V4 to great success. You must be a little more careful when loading and only load a small amount (enough for a couple full draws). The runny consistency of CO2 may cause some to leak into the cup or clog the airway; you can mitigate or even eliminate this by employing "cooldown hits", or drawing passive air through the vaporizers to help resolidify any unvaporized oils. Refillable cartridges sometimes use questionable materials and we hold our vaporizers to the highest standards of material safety, only using medical-grade materials in the constructions of our heaters. While they may not be able to hold as much oil as a "prefilled" or "refillable" cartridge, our vaporizers will deliver the cleanest, most full-flavored vapor.

I hope I was able to answer your question! Please let me know if I can clarify anything for you or be of any further assistance!"

I agree - it's what I recommended to you one page back.

The cool down advice in the email is spot on.

Does your CO2 oil come in a syringe?

I know you did LOL. That's why I emailed them and been looking into it.

It comes in a vial. But they give you a syringe to get it out. It's very liquidy and runny.

Should I buy the liquid filling tool? Does that work with the Omicron v4? I think the filling tool is for an older omicron possibly?

Is it recommended to buy another EHD dual atomizer?

---

The one at the dispensary was a Aspire Premium Kit. That looks like it has a tank. They wanted to sell it for $100 bucks. I see it online for $50. But I'm still not sure that's the best option. I still think I'm leaning towards the Omicron.

I'm just trying to figure out how to use it on the go. For instance, if I am leaving for work, I would like to be able to have something for lunch or something.

I may also buy the Linx Hermes system since that can be more portable for work.

This is a tough decision.
