imo , there is not one MJ user in Canada that has faith
in our Gov. to enact this correctly .
They just did another sweep of shutting down the dispensaries
in our city . They won't concede that , it'll be legal next spring .
Technically it is still VERY illegal to traffic/sell cannabis .
The # of plants allowed is aprox. 5 plants , if your
prescription is 1 gram per day .
That is if you have the ability to grow your own .
They say you can outsource to a designated grower
to harvest your meds . BUT the designated grower
can ONLY grow for 2 patients at a time !!!
How many part-time growers are there ?
7 years ago , I'd applied to Health Canada , to have
an ' Established Grower ' . He would supply me , along
with a list of other patients . He was No amateur .
Talk about going backwards !
And , all this talk is for " Medical " access only .
They admitted to not having enuf time to properly
look into ' Recreational ' usage !!!
Will they restrict their access to MJ , by Gov. sponsored
shops ONLY ! ( what about free enterprise ? )
They're going to enforce collecting as much taxes as they
can , to replenish the 3 Billion $ the Liberal Gov. wasted in my province .
ALL of this is still up in the air for discussion , imo .
Trudeau def. screwed things up for the rest of the country
just to get elected !
They're getting push back from Law enforcement , for
the possibility increase of cases of driving high .
And From Employers for liabilities in the work place .
