I own a taroma XL and a 360. The up button stopped working on one of my PID's. I messaged them asking if i could get a deal on buying a replacement. I've only had the 360 ten months. I was hoping for a 10 percent code or free shipping. Instead he comes back about how there's no warranty and that i never bought an XL from him. I reiterated that i never once asked for any warranty work, and that i definitely bought an XL from him. it then went back and forth several times with him continually bringing up no warranty and telling me that I 100 percent never bought an XL from him. I kept telling him i never said anything about warranty work (i was trying to spend more money at his shop) and that i bought an XL from him. I had the delivery date and sent him a pic of the XL but he continued to call me a liar and that i must have bought it 3rd party because i could not find the invoice number from aug 2022. he said his system had an unpaid and canceled XL from me but there's no way that his system is wrong and i never bought an XL from him (he would not tell me if the date of this "unpaid and canceled order" matched up with the delivery date i gave him). the whole thing was very weird and aggressive. it was so bizarre that I've def considered putting the whole exchange up on reddit.
Let me understand this. So you broke a button on the pid after 10 months then emailed to ask for 10% off and free shipping? Your request was rejected and this seems to be issue no.1
I don't see any issues with no.1 tbh. If you claim that you weren't looking for any form of warranty, why are you even upset?
Most of your description and anger seems to come from issue no.2, which is whether you purchased a Taroma xl from qshop or not? I might not be understanding this correctly, but wouldn't an invoice number or credit card statement be sufficient to prove your case? Why was the back and forth even necessary? I don't think any retailer is gonna accept a picture and delivery date as proof of purchase. Also, if it's an issue with your 360, why are you bringing up the xl in the first place?
