Inductor - Desktop Induction Heater by Camouflet

We QC all our products at the warehouse. The Bamboo Power Supply display was most likely disconnected during shipping to it's final destination. Remember the opening scene in Ace Ventura? Somehow shipments from halfway across the world arrive unscathed and when shipping within the continental US...

Inductor - Desktop Induction Heater by Camouflet

Yes, this is normal. The Inductor bamboo power supply has a small amount of residual power running through it after turning off the power button(common in most plug-in electronics). The PSU display and Lighter Head button LED will turn off completely after a couple of seconds. You don't need to...

    Camouflet Injector

We've found that 550-600F with a 5-10 minute heat soak when pairing with and enail coil is ideal for darker roasts. You'll want to adjust temperature settings slightly according to your draw speed and the depth of the screen in the bowl you're using. A smooth/steady draw is recommended, if you'd...

Inductor - Desktop Induction Heater by Camouflet

All good, no need for apologies. What you're describing is not related to the threading/connection of the handle to the heater, but rather the tightness of the nut and bolt in the handle itself. The Camouflet Injector handle uses a nut and bolt system. To keep the handle in place, the nut needs...

Inductor - Desktop Induction Heater by Camouflet

Yes, there is a Injector thread in the plug-in vaporizer section - click here. This was the first production run of the Injector and the handle will see refinements as we progress. What issue did you hear about the "connection to the heater"? There are no known issues with the connection.

    Camouflet Convector XL

Convector XL and Wand: 10-12 blinks from cold start when used native. Less heat/blinks for subsequent reheats. 11-13 blinks from cold start when paired with glass. Remove the ceramic tube when pairing with glass for better airflow. Make sure the Wand batteries are fully charged for best results.
