    fruit peel is for quick REhydration not for long term storage!!!! it will cause mold, thus my "OVERNIGHT" statement when mentioning it. and yes you better keep an eye on it the 1st few hours, this is a sprint not a marathon!!:science: I brought my own ruler and no you can't use it!

    good warning about over-rehydration, over night or just a few hours can be enough, a berry or baby cherry tomato without breaking the skin allows for a slower absorption than a cut piece of fruit or peel.
